GoogleI met Chris initially to get a valuation of my property. At the time I was not sure I would choose to sell the property but had such confidence in his market knowledge and straight-talking approach that I was happy to give him the keys to test the market. 10 weeks later we have completed on the sale (leasehold) and Chris was instrumental in getting the right processes in place in order for the sale to proceed as smoothly as possible. In addition a great guy to work with - always positive and communicative. Hope to work together again on upcoming assignments.

GoogleI’ve been a tenant with Kallars for almost 8 years and couldn’t be happier! The length of my tenancy is a true testament to the care they have for their tenants. Sophie has been kind, patient and empathetic when handling issues in the flat, even when they took months to get resolved. Her communication has been prompt and always helpful. GoogleI thoroughly recommend Chris and his team at Kallars. Chris was more knowledgeable about properties in the area than other agents we had spoken to and we achieved a good price for ours. The sale process was efficient and we were well supported through some small complications that appeared. All good!

GoogleWe recently sold a piece of land through Kallars. It wasn’t a simple sale, it involved an architect, multiple departments of the local town coucil, and contractors. Karl and Louis guided us smoothly through every twist and turn. They are professional and proactive. Couldn’t have asked for better support.

GoogleChris Whitfield acted for me on the sale of my flat in Deptford Foundry. The flat had already had a failed sale through another agent and he took it on and had a fresh approach and secured plenty of activity culminating in a FTB offering and exchanging on the property. The sales process was slower than hoped for but the team at Kallars were on top of the transaction. Would thoroughly recommend the team for any property you’re looking to sell in the area.
