GoogleBought my first house through Kallars. Olek and and Chris are great guys, very helpful through the entire process. The sale was a little complicated and a tight turnaround, but they were always on the other end of a phone or available to give access.

GoogleEvery time I see a commercial property and email them for details they reply by asking more questions about what I intend to do but they never get back to me and when I email them again they say someone will get in touch and someone will get in touch but no one does but they just kept all my details. Nothing professional about this
Despite considerable efforts, we are unable to locate any correspondence with 'Platform 8 Ltd' which appears to be a dissolved business. As we cannot determine that this is a genuine review from a legitimate company, we cannot comment further.

GoogleJordan, Oleksandr and Chris helped me buy my first property and really made the process enjoyable for me. They paid special attention to my needs and went above and beyond to find me my perfect place. From connecting me to mortgage specialists free of charge that helped me avoid putting an offer down on an inappropriate property, to warning me off of several solicitors who they’d had bad experiences with in the past (which led me to an excellent firm eventually), to just being really kind and friendly and making viewings more fun then usual - they were a really fantastic team. Will definitely be heading back to the team when it’s time to look for properties again.

GoogleI was so impressed with the sales team at Kallars. I initially went with another cheaper agency and really regretted it. Chris and his team literally came to my rescue! As soon as I met them, I thought finally, professional, competent, polite, clever people. Their response time was second to none. They never took their hand off the ball, constantly updating me about the sale at every turn. I never got asked anything twice. They keep track of every tiny detail. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service, they made me feel like were all one team. Selling can be daunting with all the new legislations, it makes a massive difference when your agent knows their stuff and makes you feel supported. Thanks Chris and team for all your hard work! 👍
