As your tenancy was a property rented from a private landlord, and NOT managed by Kallars, the day-to-day running of your tenancy was therefore not something that Kallars were involved with. I am unable to find any trace of you within our database, therefore I am not confident that this is a genuine review from an actual client of Kallars. I direct you to Google's policy on leaving scam or fake reviews, which clearly states that you must have had personal experience of an organisation, in order to be able to leave a review. I do not believe this to be the case here, and consequently, this review has been reported to Google.

Dear Mr Salazar. No member of our team has any recollection of ever dealing with you. In addition, there is no record of you within our database. We are unable to ascertain whether this is a genuine review or if you have ever been a client of ours. Therefore we are unable to comment further, other than to direct you to Google's policy on leaving fake reviews, which clearly states that you must have had actual experience of an organisation in order to be able to leave a review upon its website. Obviously, we take a review such as yours extremely seriously. However, I have no way of being able to respond to your comments, as there is no record of you ever having been a client of ours. In addition to this, no staff can recollect you at all. Therefore, I must consider this to be a scam or fake review. Google does not permit users to leave blanket reviews on organisations that they have had no personal dealings with. This is clearly stated within their policy.
