GoogleDO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS Terrible service from Thomas and Stuart. Provided keys so they can find a tenant for my rental property. No update after 3 weeks has been provided despite numerous calls requesting for an update Update following Craig lies I sent you an email on the 31st August requesting amendments to the terms and conditions. Stuart replied on send and said he would pass to Tom but I never received a response. I emailed again on the 8th for an update and again never received a response. I called several times for an update and never received a call back. The lies in your reply is Disgraceful. I will be collecting the keys that were given to Thomas when he came to value my property and I hope no one else has the displeasure of working for your Disgraceful company. I am not a local lettings agents and have never told you this. DISGUSTING
Update following due diligence. Hi Nichaela. I am personally responding to your review, which I have found to be somewhat mystifying as Kallars were never actually instructed to market your property. This is because you refused to sign the terms and conditions. After attempting to get the terms and conditions amended to your satisfaction, you were informed that it was not possible to do this. Your property has not and was never marketed by Kallars. Thorough research is always done on the rare occasions when a bad review is posted, to ensure it is authentic. According to your social media account which has a picture of you, you clearly state that you are or were a local lettings agent yourself, so it does raise the question as to why you approached Kallars. Good morning, Mr Bol and thank you for your review. As this property was a much sought after new-build and in great demand, you were informed that any deposit you laid down would be non-refundable. This is also explained clearly on the reservation form which you have signed. You viewed the property by video only, decided to proceed and paid the deposit the following day. You then subsequently withdrew your interest, thereby forfeiting your deposit. I am sorry that you feel this was a “disappointing” outcome, but this was made very clear to you at the point of reserving the property. Craig Cassidy - Associate Director

GoogleTime wasters really, publish flat/houses at a given price on zoopla to get your attention and then inflate the price when you enquire about them, not recommended. Not misread or misunderstood as suggested by the dishonest owner response, 2 bed townhouse published on 26DEC (2 weeks ago!) at 350k, and when enquiring, this becomes 425k lol. Those poor selling tactics need to stop
Thank you for your review. However it would appear that you have completely misunderstood and/or misread the listing. The price indicated was a new build GUIDE price only and not a 'given' price as you have stated.
