GoogleWe had an incredible experience with Ben Moore at this agency. The viewing we had was informative and engaging, and he ensured to follow up with us at every step. He was available and supportive with anything we needed to ask. He worked hard to keep us informed and offered us a plethora of advice as first time buyers. He really was hands down the best experience we had during our entire search and a credit to the agency, any agency would be lucky to have him. We of course put an offer in on the property he showed us. Unfortunately the vendors went with a different option, but we were still kept up to date on the process by Ben and he jumped immediately in to help us find something else to fit our requirements - which were lengthy! But Ben showed enthusiasm and effort. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know who’s looking for property in the area, he filled us with confidence and we really trusted him. He made the laborious search for a house feel really fun. Please nurture and cherish this rare gem.

GoogleHave called this estate agent 4x in the past two weeks, each time being promised a call back. Have still not gotten a call back despite being assured each time a team member would reach out when they're available. Also tried emailing with no luck of any response. Unsure if it's just an extremely busy time but giving up now on trying to work with this team.

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Chris from Kallars when selling a flat. I can't put it otherwise: Chris is the best estate agent I've ever come across to date. He's knowledgeable, competent, professional, cheerful, supportive, ethical and nice to work with. There's been challenging times too, but he's been of good advice over many months. I recommend Kallars over a chain operated estate agent because I've tried the chains and it was a poor experience. Thanks Chris!

GoogleWe had a great experience with our principal agent, Thomas, who was a reassuring and friendly guide when buying our first home. He clearly cared about the sellers and wouldn’t entertain an obnoxious offer, but was also open to negotiation and handled the various bumps along the road in a professional and constructive manner. Tope and Jvon were also friendly and nice to deal with, although we had much briefer interactions with them. Craig, however, could perhaps operate with a little more finesse and patience, especially with first time buyers. Overall we are delighted with our property and grateful for the hard work of the agents.

GoogleWe've rented a property managed by Kallars for the past couple of years. They've always been fast to respond to/resolve any issues, Louise especially has been really helpful, and the contractors who have been sent round have always been professional and done a good job. I'd recommend them to friends who were looking to rent somewhere in SE London.
