GoogleReally had a great experience of buying my first property with Joseph Casson. Gabe one of the agents agreed to show us multiple properties in an afternoon and also facilitated a second viewing. I think Gabe did a great job thinking about my needs as the buyer, and facilitating a good initial relationship between buyer and seller. Looking back I think this was key in making the sale go through despite any huddles faced in the process.

GoogleCommunication (in terms of updates on viewings/level of interest in our property) earlier on in the process could certainly have been better. However, once Gabe became involved in our house sale the service was fantastic. He was in frequent contact and made us feel confident that the sale would progress.

GoogleJoseph Casson were excellent in helping me to buy my first home, from start to finish there services were outstanding. I have to give special credit to Haydon at Joseph Casson though, he dealt with my house move right the way through and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish, his mannerism was super lovely, polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always on the end of the phone if I ever needed him. Thank you once again to you all.
