John and Nick supported me through the whole process of selling my late mum’s flat. I was constantly updated and they both went the extra mile to contact all parties concerned and kept everyone abreast of any progress. The property is a shared ownership so it was not a straightforward process, which involved dealing with 3 solicitors. John and Nick were always at the end of the phone to answer any queries or concerns and offer advice. I would not consider using any other agents in the area. We were delighted with the service we received from John and the team when selling our house. John gave excellent advice based on years of experience in the area and was not at all pushy. We sold within 2 weeks at asking price. What stood out was that no matter who you deal with at the office you get an excellent service and everything is focussed on achieving the best sale - including how prospective buyers are treated. This hasn't been my experience with other local agents. Highly recommend and can't understand why you'd go anywhere else.
