GoogleI Chose Jon Mellor Estate Agents because of their reputation in the Town - and they win awards year after year! - I can see why! - What a great team ! - They have just sold a house in Buxton for me - things were not very straightforward for various reasons, but they managed the process with great skill throughout. The advice provided before and during the sale was "Spot On" - They kept me informed at every stage and they could not have been more helpful or supportive. Just the right balance of friendly yet professional advice - I would recommend them to anyone - A*****

GoogleIrresponsible letting agency, Jon Mellor & Co Estate Agents from Buxton.
We viewed apartment with owner, after this on same time we called to letting agency about rent, but they did not answer on the phone. So, we went to J.Mellor office fast as possible, but they closed it about 45 min early as always, and on next day morning just when Mellor opened office, we arrived the first. And surprise - Jon Mellor manager said - apartment not available. How it is possible Jon?! I understand what all companies from Buxton is out off competition, we spend two working days so this company just waste our time ..

GoogleA very professional service from start to finish through what turned out to be a very stressful moving process (not because of Mellors I hasten to add). Wendy, Catherine and Leanne kept us up to date the whole way through and went above and beyond what other estate agents have done in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and his team to any one thinking of selling their property.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Poor communication, requesting unnecessary information & a complete failure to engage in any meaningful proactivity regarding our letting request, even though we were willing to pay the full term upfront.
