The staff particularly Abbey were very attentive and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. The property was well marketed and we had a large number of viewings all of which were managed by John Minnis staff. Would definitely make the same choice again.

GoogleOther than the staff felt several times that they were being kept out of the loop by my solicitor, estate agent & even me, they were excellent. It was a very complicated sale at my end with the first buyer being very awkward but we got there in the end. Many thanks Angela

GoogleWe recently completed on a house purchase where John Minnis Holywood were the selling agent. Communication was excellent from our first viewing, making an offer to completion of the sale. The staff were so helpful and even though they sell houses every day it felt like we were their first customer...their first sale!! They were genuinely excited and happy for us. Many thanks to the John Minnis Team Holywood, couldn't recommend you all highly enough. Particular shout out to Heather Lyons for making everything so easy and stress free.
