We had such a positive experience renting with John Hilton, and couldn't recommend them enough! Catrina initially showed us round the property for our viewing, and we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Kimberly then looked after us for the duration of our rental, from being there to check us in on the first day, occasionally popping round for checks, and always being on hand when any issues came up throughout our stay. She is such a genuine person, super communicative and was always such a great help getting things resolved and relaying information to our Landlord too. Would highly recommend John Hilton, and wouldn't think twice about using them in the future! Thank you so much :)

I cannot recommend John Hilton Estate Agents highly enough. From my initial chat with Marius, to the wonderful Gaynor in Admin, and Tom who sold my house in less than a week of marketing to the excellent attention of Tracy, who liaises between buyer, seller and both solicitors with the conveyancing side of things - I am a very happy client. Tom was so hands on with his advice and knowledge of the market and the photographer was really good too. I felt looked after, respected and I always got a call back within minutes. Terrible company, all they care about is money. Our tenancy ended with them about a year ago, and when we came to receiving our deposit, they took hundreds of it, citing reasons that the outside windows were dirty, or the skirting boards. Baring in mind we had handed the keys in about a week or so prior, and I've never heard of past tenants coming back to clean outside windows once keys have been handed in, even if it had been raining. Highly unethical, don't rent from JH if you are a student or on low income. Will never be using this company again. In response to their comment made: keys were not handed in early, simply on time. Tenants are allowed fair wear and tear, but apart from that the whole property was completely clean, no cleaners would have been needed and we had photos to show this. Absolutely typical that you would respond in this way and excuse yourself of any immorality. Further showing why you are a terrible and corrupt company. Shame on you.

Really awful estate agents. Have dealt with them for two years in a row concerning two different university houses. Very dishonest and will charge made up fees regardless of whether you can provide proof of professional cleaning (as was in our case). Particularly beware of Archie Jutton who is unprofessional and overall unpleasant to deal with.
