GoogleI just popped into the Selby Branch on the Tuesday after Christmas (29th), to complement them on being the ONLY agent open and to criticise the rest for being "lazy s-ds!" Then just by chance, a week later needed guidance and a valuation of some land that I wish to sell. So called in again and got a calm, cheerful, professional reception from all the Staff. Within a couple of days my situation was all sorted! Their service is up there with John Lewis and Amazon; I will certainly use them again after "fettling" the house and then look to down-sizing. GoogleWonderful agents! Brilliant fees. They are helpful and professional. No complaints whatsoever, although the only improvement they could make is a better check - in process & more thorough inventory. Definitely recommended!

GoogleI am a local landlord who lives abroad, this situation can cause stress when I return home as I normally try and do 12 months catch up in a few weeks. On my return this year I purchased another property but just didn't have the time to market it so I turned to "Jigsaw" (Reluctantly as a last resort as I have had bad experiences with othger agents) To my surprise I found Jigsaw truly professional and very proactive, everything I requested from initial visit, EPC certification, marketing pictures to potential tenants visits was a seamless operation. GoogleThe Jigsaw team were professional, courteous and very supportive and reassuring when needed. Too many agencies have become distant, impersonal and uncaring but I felt that there was genuine consideration of our needs from Jigsaw. They made a stressful situation a little easier to cope with, thank you!!! And must mention - very good fees, certainly compared to York where we are moving from.

I sold my property with Jigsaw and they found me the perfect buyer, kept me informed every step of the way and more importantly really listened to me and acted, at all times, in my best interest. GoogleMe and my partner have moved from tadcaster to carlton and found our perfect home to rent. Jigsaw were very helpful in ensuring that all our information had been received to ensure a smooth process to start renting the property. I feel very confident that I am able to go to them if there are any problems but I can happily say that after 6 months we still love our house and had no issues what so ever. Would happily reccomend jigsaw estate and letting to help you find your perfect home.

I have used them for over 10 years and they always go the extra mile to get the job done, whether it be just the general day to day job of letting admin or in my instance, getting quotes and following through my recent insurance claim which certainly took the pressure off. I would recommend them to anybody.

GoogleThis is the first property that I have rented out in Selby & I chose Jigsaw Letting as I found them very friendly, helpful & professional from my initial phone call to them, to the inspection visit. They found me a tennant within 24 hours of my property appearing on their website & kept me fully informed at all times re moving in dates etc. I would fully recommend Jigsaw & will deffinately use them again in the future, Thanks for making the whole process easy & fast.

GoogleJigsaw Lettings have provided an extremely professional service since giving them a few apartments to let for us a year ago. To date, their levels of communication are excellent where we receive an immediate response or acknowledgement to any queries we have. Unlike many letting agents, they provide an out of hours service for tenants which is very reassuring and are on the ball at the hint of a property becoming unlet.

Googleme and my partner have recently moved into a property which we are letting from jigsaw lettings during the process of renting the house jigsaws performance was outstanding a hassle free move, and the house was spotless. Through the process of renting the property from viewing and filling in the paperwork and credit checks we spoke to most of the lettings agents staff and they all are very friendly and professional in what they do.outstanding service we are looking forward to being very long term tenants. GoogleI've had a good experience so far with Jigsaw Letting. They were patient and helpful when I had bank issues just as I was about to move in. This meant rescheduling my appointment with them and paying the bond and first months rent a week late - so I appreciated that. I usually contact them via email on non urgent matters, and they always reply in good time. So to summarise, they are helpful, patient and professional (and pretty) - I recommend them ; )

GoogleI have rented via Jigsaw in Selby previously and I have just begun a new tenancy again. I have always found their customer service to be excellent promises kept and phone calls are always returned efficiently and in the timescales given. Any repairs or work at the property have been carried out to a good standard. I would and have recommended Jigsaw to other people I have found them to be the best letting agent to deal with in the local area.
