GoogleThe Complete Package. They found the Tenants; collect the rent; they see that the safety certificates are done when they are needed; they visit the property to check on the condition; they keep me in the picture with what's happening. I have other properties in areas that Jigsaw do not cover and therefore feel qualified to tell you that Jigsaw are simply the 'Best'.

GoogleRecently tried to view a property to purchase. Tried contacting them several times over two weeks and couldn't get a viewing. It always seemed to be me the customer chasing them for a viewing when they should have kept us in the loop and kept us up to date with any progress. Then tried to view a rental property - and the exact same thing is happening. Chased twice to no avail and still no viewing. Finally given up and rented an alternative property. I understand tenants maybe difficult in allowing us to view but the agency should be giving the customer updates on what is happening and should be much more on the ball, it shouldn’t be up to the customer to chase. After speaking to an alternative agency, they were much more professional and arranged a viewing the next day.

GoogleI used jigsaw to rent a property as it has a good rating, however from personal experience I did not find this; on arriving on moving day to the property I signed the documents for the property, however I did not receive all the keys for the property and I am currently unable to check my meters. I was also provided with the WRONG ADDRESS on moving in and have just had to change my home insurance and broad band information. This has affected my premium which has increased so I had a further charge to pay, on arriving at my new property. The letting agent was also not aware that the property was on a water meter and were the readings were located which I am now currently waiting for an engineer to show me were the meter is. The Agent in the shop was helpful with explaining the smart meter changes and reporting my concern about the keys and has directed me to contact Bovis directly for further support.

GoogleWe have been renting with Jigsaw for nearly a year now, they are a good estate agents. We will soon be leaving our property to move to a larger one with a different estate agents. But my overall experience of Jigsaw has been positive and I would recommend them.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Jigsaw! Had our house on the market with another estate agent, unfortunately they didn't reach our needs. Moved over to Jigsaw and within 2 weeks sold our house! The service has been second to non, always keep you upto date with progress and any info you need or they need from you. Friendly manner and very welcoming. Amie and Rebecca have gone above and beyond in different aspects of our house sale and im very grateful for this. Thanks Ladies!! You deserve a drink!! :-)

GoogleWe were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of Jigsaw from the first visit to list our property right through to the conclusion of our sale and also our subsequent purchase of a property also through jigsaw . Every member of staff we dealt with were extremely helpful from start to finish and kept us up to date with all necessary details . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jigsaw to anyone out there looking for a reliable agent that gets the job done in a friendly manner with the minimum of fuss . GoogleI have been really impressed by the friendly and professional service offered by the team at Jigsaw Letting Selby. From the outset, they have responded speedily to queries about the letting process. They have a calm approach and get things done with minimum fuss. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed that our property was let in a matter of days following instruction. Many thanks to the team for all of their effort and work - much appreciated.

GoogleMy first time renting a home and the staff at Jigsaw were more than helpful especially since I'm only 19 and it was quite a nerve racking experience. All the staff I spoke to were lovely, especially Alix Simpkin she was always so welcoming and extremely helpful even via email. Jigsaw are easy to contact, focused on customer care and highly recommended by myself and many other people I have spoken to.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for every aspect of Jigsaw's services. As someone new to the lettings experience, I was a little bit nervous about what to expect - but all the staff at Jigsaw have been amazing: well-informed, polite, efficient, reliable and very reassuring at every step of the way. I was also very impressed with how hard all of the staff work: no detail was left to chance and no question or problem I posed too much trouble to follow up and sort out. The team work and communication is clearly excellent and I felt valued as a customer at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Jigsaw in the future.

GoogleI am 100% satisfied with the level of service that Jigsaw have provided to me. They have dealt with my recent house sale as swiftly as possible and have always been available via email and telephone when there has been an issue that needed dealing with quickly. I would thoroughly recommend them for property lettings and management as well as sales. The staff are always polite, courteous and efficient and keep you informed of progress.
