GoogleWe have just rented a property from this company and I would highly recommend these. They are friendly people who can't do enough for you and will answer any questions you have. They are quick at responding to emails. Highly recommend.

GoogleAvoid them! Horrible service. Called every day for a week to be told we will get a phone call back, never happened. 9th try and they tell us the property we were enquiring for is now gone!

GoogleDO NOT USE! I rented through this agent and from start to finish he was useless! False promises regarding repairs, no check in inventory, never returning calls or responding to messages, didn't even acknowledge I had given notice until the day before the lease ended and most importantly not fulfilling even legal obligations such as gas safety inspections. Mine was 18 months out of date when I vacated the property! The fight continues to get my deposit released as he has ignored communications from me and the DPS!

GoogleThe agency is not responsive. Very difficult to reach , they don’t return phone calls. We gave them a 2 months notice and they never replied to say they have received. We have left the house 4 weeks ago and we still didn’t her from Matt about returning the deposit. He said he would pay last week but so far nothing. Please walk away from them. We do t even know how and when we will receive the deposit back. Apart from the difficulty in communicating and getting the deposit back, Matt is quite flexible.

After trying to call you on Saturday morning with no avail we emailed you on Saturday 17/09/2022 at 12:03, Tuesday 20/09/2022 at 14:07, & Wednesday 28/09/2022 at 17:56 and have received no response from you. However, I see from your initial email your details have been logged and should a suitable property become available for you we will be sure to let you know.

GoogleI went in to get details of a property for sale on their books but found that the details did not have a floor plan. Not the most useful.

GoogleExcellent service throughout the sale process by Team Jigsaw. Our sale was particularly difficult due to issues created by some of the other sellers, solicitors and estate agents in the chain. However Rebecca worked so hard trying to sort out the many issues others created, always following things up and responding to my calls. Its thanks to Rebecca that the sale completed. If you are seriously thinking of selling your property then Team Jigsaw are the Estate Agent you need.

GoogleSo far so good. These ladies have been very responsive, welcoming and polite. Fingers crossed the viewing comes to something! Update - It did not. After spending time and money commuting to view, the application was rejected, reason given was that the landlord changed his mind about something they/the agency knew about before the viewing. Since then jigsaw have made it pretty crystal clear they aren't interested anymore.
