GoogleWe sold our house through Jigsaw and had a great experience. We had offers the same day that it went on the market and had agreed a sale even before the sign went up! We had great support from Zoe (and also Connie) who were always helpful, kept us up to date and very professional. Thank you so much! We will definitely recommend Jigsaw to our family and friends.

GoogleThank you Jigsaw for an excellent service when selling our property! From the first conversation with Connie to the regular updates from Zoe. Jigsaw are so proactive that they had a buyer in mind before our first meeting, within 5 days of agreeing to sell through Jigsaw we had our first viewing and an excellent offer put in making the process smooth and painless! We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and Zoe was always on hand and happy to answer any questions we had and provide a line of communication between us and our buyers. This was our second time using Jigsaw and we would 100% recommend Jigsaw to anybody thinking of buying or selling, excellent service and very fair fees! Thank you again.

GoogleThey rented an apartment in Selby which was equipped with a washing machine. The property has old style windows which cannot be opened. The washing machine broke, engineer said it was beyond repair. Jigsaw wanted me to buy a new myself, hence breaching a legally binding contract. No reduction in rent. When moved out, they wanted to charge cleaning the windows. These double-glazed windows had mold between the glasses and apparently wanted me to break the glass to clean them. There was mold because the ventilation was substandard and the whole apartment a health risk due to the mold exposure. This is how they treat customers.
Hi unfortunately we sometimes get mixed up with another Jigsaw Property Company in the midlands which is not us and nothing related to us. As we do not have you on our system as ever been a tenant we can only assume you have clicked the wrong company :) Sorry

GoogleI'm a neighbours next to one of the tenants. That this letting agents looks after. Found them to be unresponsive and when then do respond. Promise things that they do not follow through. I would not recommend this letting agent as its very poor service.

GoogleWORSE PLACE IN THE WORLD. Absolute joke! Why do landlords keep using this pathetic excuse of a bussiness I don’t know. He promised me a house for removing my review and course never responded again 😂 AVOID AVOID AVOID!

GoogleWell not much to say as in good perspective. From begining was all good ,but when end up with returning the deposit back ,completely beeing ignored. General bad communication, not maintenance done as required, no recommend for sure.

GoogleRent a flat from them and had nothing but problems. They are happy to take rent and represent a slum landlord and not fix things. Our shower doors were not safe and were not secure. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was no window which caused mould and damp to my designer handbags and my new bed. Also caused mould and damp in the rest of the bedroom. Landlord refused to fix the extractor fan until I said we would take it further. Then Jigsaw wanted us to show others around our flat even though it wasn't our flat bringing rented. This was an issue due to my partner working nights and they said they would let themselves in. Had issues with flat above us and when I tried to follow it up I had a rude member of staff answer my call and then informed another member of staff who I was and said she's kicking off. (wasn't the case I was asking what would be done about the issue) Some members of staff have no communication skills. This is for a property at abbey wharf, Selby

GoogleNever ever responds to phone calls /emails in a timely manner. House walls were painted in bright colours against the agreement, mattress etc left in outbuilding and keys were just left under mat! Paid monthly fee for over 10 years and the property was not even managed at a basic level . Questioned but of course no reply!

GoogleI have been renting a house for 12 years in this agency. I got a court order to vacate the property I a very short notice. Matt told the court that he had given me 3 months notice witch he new was a lie. No consideration or respect for a 74 year old woman that did so much for the property.Very unconcerned and unprofessional agency.

Beckie has handled the day to day communications and has prepared the necessary documentation in a timely manor as required so that I can address the issues I am experiencing with one of my tenants appropriately - Thank you Beckie for being on hand to advise and guide me with regard to 'tenancy communications and legalities' . GoogleAbsolutely terrible estate agents!! Matt was fully aware of my circumstances (becoming homeless 1 week before Xmas with my 2 year old) I viewed the property which I may add wasn’t the one shown it the photos. Then after viewing decided to put an application in. I’m now 3 weeks in no phone call, no reply to txt messages to let me know what was happening regarding the application. If it wasn’t for the tenant herself letting me know she couldn’t move out, I wouldn’t know any different. If you are thinking of using this company to advertise your property then save your money and go elsewhere.. absolutely ridiculous! I didn’t even want to leave a 1 star but couldn’t leave this review without it!
Hi Lucy I think you have reviewed the wrong agents as we do not have a Matt who works here (& never have) & your name is not on our files as ever being a tenant with us. We are a small family run agency in Selby North Yorkshire. Hopefully you find the correct agent and have a better experience next time.
