GoogleHave had issues with this agency from day 1 but recent experiences with them have been outrageous and customer service people hanging up on you while you are in the middle of your question (and then refusing to admit it happened) is not an approach I’d expect from a letting agent.

GoogleI’ve had an amazing experience with this estate agents, both Lotti and Charlotte were amazing handling my move into a rental property, I had some issues with my guarantor paperwork being late, but they both made sure it all got process in time for my move in date, they were amazing and highly recommend this estate agents!

GoogleHello There.. I find one property help of them. My tenant contract is 6 months and 3 months past but still they are not solving my primary issue. I'm really disappoint with this type of work thins things take minimum one or two week but they took 3 months my half contcrt is already past and they are not serious to solve my apartment’s maitainance issue.

GoogleVery bad! …not recommended, agents not turning up for arranged visits on several occasions + you have to phone them and chase up upon arrival, then they say that they were looking to park the car and they sorry being 30 minutes late 🤣Disappointing and disrespectful simply unprofessional. The flats I have view from this agency are cheap inside ,dark cold and dusty.
