There was a delay in our move (through no fault of James Laurence) however I must say Reece Parkinson went above and beyond expectation in ensuring all issues were dealt with as efficiently as possible and always kept me updated throughout the whole moving process! GoogleGreat service. I was worrying that the buying process might become very slow during the lockdown. However Henry Crane’s proactive approach with my solicitors making the process very smooth and efficient. He chased my solicitor and ensured all the steps can complete without delay. In the end we managed to complete the buying before estimated complete date! A big thank you for Henry.

GoogleIve bought a few properties over the years but hadn't bought through James Laurence estate agents before. I can only say they have been fantastic. We were dealing with Reece Parkinson who has been helpful and professional from beginning to end. Reece is an asset to the company and someone I will definitely be dealing with again in the future. Reece Parkinson, who managed my sale, was incredibly supportive and responsive from the first viewing right the way through the process. What I particularly appreciated was his open and honest nature as well as his level of support as the process can be a little daunting as a first time buyer. I would certainly recommend others to use James Laurence based on the positive experience I had with Reece.
