This was the first time that we had engaged JL to market and manage our property and we are delighted with the service. Charlotte (Blount) explained everything to us very clearly, especially the various charged and options. She and the team at JL did everything that they said they would do when they aid they would do it, arranged multiple viewings very quickly and found a suitable tenant almost immediately who moved in within 2 weeks of viewing. Also. the information portal is extremely good with current progress detailed. It saved us from contacting JL on several occasions.

The best decision I made using James Laurence Estate Agents to let out my property and take over fully managing it. I live in London so its incredibly difficult for me to manage everything that goes with renting out a property. Charlotte has been amazing from the very moment i made my first enquiry - she knows her stuff and has a lovely way about her that put me at ease. Straight away I decided to let Charlotte take over and get the ball rolling to manage my property - very simple process - Charlotte has been in constant communication to ensure everything is in place and to inform me of anything outstanding/requirements/certificates and all the legal stuff. Ive never known such a professional and helpful team who actually take pride and care!! I've also been speaking alot with Laura for some maintenance issues that all happened at once - she has kept me calm, and is incredibly good at following up with me and other parties, making sure things are followed through and also Luisa who managed to get all the keys sorted for me and didn't give up!!! Me and my partner were looking for a new flat and had a week left of our tenancy at our old place. Kelly was our estate agent and she was amazing!
