GoogleSally, Michael and the rest of the team have been extremely friendly, helpful and professional when purchasing my house. I would receive weekly updates from Sally for the progression of my purchase and this really helped to make the experience very manageable and a lot less stressful. I would certainly use Inspired again as an estate agent.

GoogleFantastic service, I brought my house through Inspired and they were on the ball the whole way! Making sure each party was on the same track, chasing and pushing for things to be done. Couldn't recommend more highly. Big thank you to Sally who did an amazing job, she was always helpful, friendly and understanding. Can't say enough good things about them!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI don't understand why more people do not trust Inspired to sell their property, seriously always professional, and once they find a buyer, Sally manages the whole process, from offer to completion, what other agent does what Sally does for you, Sally adds some much value, and that part of the process is the most critical, in another life, Sally would be a solicitor.Thank youPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleTruly Awful..I would never use again. Bought a property from Inspired Rushden & a Director convinced us to let the property through them for which we paid a fee for of course, I only wish I had said no. A Director recommended a personal friend as a tenant which we accepted, sounds good so far ...it's all downhill from here !, the rent comes in dribs & drabs never on time, constant phone calls from the neighbors about the shenanigans going on with the tenant - we are having to evict !!!. Inspired response essentially " your problem, you didn't use our management services " hahahaa thank goodness !! If ever the label " Talk is cheap " applies , it most definitely applies here.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI can highly recommend the personal service that Michael, Sally and the team have provided us with our house sale. House was on the market very quickly and sold within a week. The after service provided and chasing up the solicitors etc is great and we have received weekly updates which is more than the other local agent we are buying through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

GoogleHighly Recommended! The whole Team at Inspired have been amazing from us listing our house with them to also purchasing a property they were marketing. We had a long chain so the process has taken a while but Sally was there with updates and chasing everything up for us every day. We have moved before, but never has an Estate Agent taken on what Sally did for us. Once we complete later this week, I can even say I'll miss a chat with Sally every day, always a friendly ear and always available. Other Estate Agents should learn something from this lovely bunch...Thanks Michael, Marlon & Sally..You made the process allot more bearable! GoogleMichael Melton and his team gave us an amazing service. From the sale of our house to the buying of our new property then to renting it out and finding a tenant within a week of completion . We then did some refurbishments which Michael Melton organised and managed from start to finish taking the pressure and stress away from us . Thank you Michael and team for giving us a Five star service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMichael and his team worked tirelessly to get my sale through- but they did it! This has been one of the most stressful transactions I’ve ever completed but Michael took the pressure off me when he could. Unfortunately I had THE most unpleasant and offensive person representing my buyer who put obstacles in the way at EVERY given opportunity but he dealt with it. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend your services.

GoogleHaving moved several times and having experience of both good and bad estate agencies, I would highly recommend Inspired at Rushden. From their initial valuation and marketing of our property to the day we completed and moved, they proved to be helpful, reliable and efficient giving a professional yet friendly service. We did encounter problems along the way with our solicitors but Shauna who continued to look after us until we completed was exceptional. She ensured that our buyers were kept informed of progress and also tirelessly chased our solicitor to bring the sale to its conclusion.
