GoogleI'm a prospective tenant and can't get through to them by phone or email about houses they have available on Zoopla - if you're a landlord and you expect to get your property rented through these guys, good luck.

Hi Emma,
We've just seen your comments and we apologise that you haven't been able to get through to us. We are responding to ALL our clients and are actively carrying out viewings and renting properties during this pandemic.
If you could kindly email me at info@idealhomes.uk.com I will personally see that either myself or another member of staff respond ASAP.
I look forward to hearing from you.

GoogleNever actually got a house with them. They had one my friends and I were extremely keen on and they said we could have it. They then lead us on for a week and a half before telling us we couldn't have it anymore 2 weeks before our move in date.
Avoid at all costs
