GoogleProbably just because the building manager, but I had: Two years without buzzers, and no reply to the subject, with taking stairs for every person visit me or just deliveries. During the entire covid period when I was there they had never sanitised the communal area, including the laundry room and the shared washing machine. Two years of payment in advance and they stop my process for a new house because of a debt of 21£ which I was not informed at that time.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDecided to list our property with Hotblack as they are experts on the Camden market place and selling through a difficult period. The service we received from Mark was brilliant, a (very) quick and seamless process. I couldn’t have asked for more. Much appreciated!

GoogleCan't recommend Hotblack Desiato highly enough. They were attentive, readily available and highly professional, and came up with numerous creative solutions to problems that presented in the process of selling my flat. Mark managed the negotiation process superbly and the offer I finally accepted was far higher than I expected.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHaving rented across London for the past 6 years, this is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a review for a positive reason. My girlfriend and I have recently decided to move in together and came across a listing we liked the look of managed by Hotblack Desiato. We've worked with Maya and Nina throughout the process and it's been by far and away the most simple transaction I've completed. They made time for our; viewing, second viewing and a final trip for measuring up. Always on time and really pleasant. The right to rent checks and deposit were done quickly and professionally with no hiccups along the way. And their follow up since moving in has been superb.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe rented with Hotblack Desiato back in 2014 for 2 years, and I’d just like to say a belated thank you to Paulina, Jane and Zehra who were helping us throughout the two years as tenants. They were very professional, very responsive, and so kind and helpful from start viewing the flat to after we checked out / returning deposit. I would highly recommend them!

GoogleWe were very pleased with the professional and effective service we received from Stuart Sheirs and his team in the sale of our flat in Islington. Stuart marketed it well, responded promptly to queries and kept us informed. There was no 'hard sell' and he was patient and understanding when we did not get the price we wanted initially and took it off the market, returning to him for a successful sale two years later.

Hi Kath and Andrew. Many thanks for your kind words. Although you are on the other side of the world, the process went smoothly. Thanks for keeping the faith in Hotblack Desiato, when in a poor market the flat did not sell, and returning to us 2 years later for us to finish the job! A slow burn, but all turned out well!!

GoogleWe have just bought a flat through Hotblack Desiato, and could not be happier with the way they handled our purchase. Stuart Shiers, our agent, was very responsive to calls and emails, and went above and beyond to answer our queries and resolve issues with the seller. He and others at the company were helpful and collaborative when it came to viewings and information regarding the flat. It was not an easy transaction (for reasons outside of Hotblack's control), but Stuart worked extremely hard to help us sort out the problems. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful flat in no small part due to Hotblack Desiato's professionalism and commitment. We are delighted, and can thoroughly recommend them as an estate agency.

GoogleStuart and Rafe worked tirelessly to find us the best buyer, keep us in the loop and ensure that a fast paced sale was achieved before lockdown kicked in. My family would have been stranded without them pulling the whole chain over the line. Deffo recommend - thanks guys!
