GoogleI rented a property in the past using this estate agency and I appreciated their work and their reliability. Now I just sold my flat with them and I have to thank Stuart for being great! Selling and buying is always a bit stressful but he worked to get a fare agreement between me and the buyer. Highly recommended.

GoogleRecently sold my Camden flat via Hotblack Desiato. It did take a wee while to get started but I was encouraged by the calm and professional support of Stuart throughout. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the London market and had a great understanding of the complexities of leasehold property. I felt reassured throughout; something especially important to me as I was selling 'at a distance' while caring for my mother. I am grateful for his support and positive outcome.

She sorts things out immediately, sends people who get the job done. No time is wasted. She doesn't hesitate to step in and sort out issues. She's the perfect person to have taking care of your place.

GoogleI rented my flat through Hotblack Desiato and would highly recommend them. They provided invaluable advice in getting the flat ready, including connecting me to some top rate contractors. When it was ready they found great tenants within a couple of days.

GoogleI've been renting with this agency for almost 5 years now. From helping me with my very first home in London to always being so accommodating they've really made the rent process hassle free for tenants. My current agent Nina is always so responsive (and always gets back to me in a very timely manner) and the property agent Jane is fantastic every time I had a query or wanted to raise anything. In a market that's very saturated in this economy, this agency really do go above and beyond to support their tenants. I'd highly recommend them!

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Mehdad at Hotblack when buying our flat. He was attentive and the communication was excellent throughout. When we had bumps in the journey he was really hands-on to try and fix them for us and without him the sale may not have gone through, so we are really grateful!
