GoogleA great company to work with Very impressed. Every time I phone to check progress on my daughters house purchase carlie is on it and always one step ahead. Thank you horler, makes life easy - house buying is normally so stressful. It's got stressful in the past few weeks and horler are going above and beyond. Carlie asked the director to step in. I wish I could give 10 stars.

GoogleSTOP: ❌ Mark my words when I say stay well clear of this appalling, unorganised, unprofessional & poor excuse of an agency. I could write a list of incompetencies without having to think because I have just endured an exit from a property I’ve lived in with my 6 yr old for 4 yrs 3 months. I am taking action because this type of service should not be allowed to operate, there are many estate agents in the local area so my advice would be 🚷 DO NOT ENTER into any form of contract with them if you are either a Landlord or Tenant. Reviews are designed to either encourage or in my case ✅ discourage good people based on a credible experience. GoogleI have just moved in to my new home. Horler's made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. Everyone that answered the phone was familiar with my sale which was lovely. A particularly big thank you to Carlie who was generally amazing and even came to my house to sign paperwork out of her office hours! Also a big thank you to Richard Horler that got things moving along when the pressure needed to be applied the other end of the sale. Will definitely be using these guys again.

GoogleI agree with the negatives comments. This Estate Agent is purely money driven and has little interest in customer care. I tried to view a property and the service I received was nothing short of terrible. no reply to email, phone calls not returned and when I managed to speak to an administrator she was rather blunt. Not worth my time.

GoogleTerrible service if you attempt to view a rental property. Having seen a property that met my needs and budget, I contacted Horley & Associates to arrange a viewing. I spoke to an administrator who informed me that I would be contacted at a later time to book a slot. Not having heard anything for a while, I called again, around 7 hours later, spoke to the same administrator and explained that I was keen on viewing the property and did not want to miss out as the location was prefect for my needs. I was bluntly interrupted and told "YOU WON'T MISS OUT", unquote. I then emailed Horler & Associates to voice my dissatisfaction and express my concerns. My email was not replied to. I eventually received an email, informing me that the house would be available to view the early part of week commencing 15/04. I replied and offered ample availability as I work minutes away and could escape with very little notice to view the property. I have not received a reply, not even a an acknowledgement email. It seems that my budget (£1500 for a 2/3 bedroom rental) is insignificant and they cannot be bothered dealing with my query. Why do they bother listing properties that they are not willing to deal with? Frankly, I am annoyed at the fact that I will miss out on that specific property. Whilst I am still interested, I am no longer prepared to work with Horley & Associates. It is their loss as in addition of finding a rental property, I have a property for sale and was keen in using the same Estate agent for both transactions. I will go elsewhere and hopefully deal with a company that is keen to have my business.

GoogleAgreed to purchase a flat in Montepellier Court, Windsor after a lot of messing around. The price which I told was acceptable was £350K mark, which I made an offer at. I was then advised they had an offer at the same price so raised my offer to the asking price which then took two days of chasing to get them to confirm. The lease was confirmed on 3 or 4 occasions at 91 years, however after paying solicitor fee’s I was advised it was only 84 years, they desperately tried reducing the price to £350K which I was not willing to go ahead with as I also had a survey done which confirmed high levels of damp in the property. After pulling out, I complained due to the costs incurred (not that I expected them back) which would have been avoided had the estate agent been honest, they replied completely denying the whole situation which didn’t add up because they wouldn’t reduce the price otherwise. Lack service, professionalism and honesty.

GoogleRude ,Condescending , Zero level of customer service....Breaking Rules by not submitting offers to vendor, Ombudsman contacted!...Did similar thing to a family member a few years back! , Vendors Beware!
