GoogleFor all the tenants, you need to very be careful before you going Hilton and fox Wembley. They were good to me until I moved out. Many things happened that shocked me. First, the landlord was stealing from me by creating fake gas invoices, and they were aware of this. Second, they are trying to keep all of my deposit, and not answering my calls or responding back. I was very kind to them. If i knew they were like this, I would have been more cautious with them from the beginning.
Further to your review please note hilton & fox has nothing to do with invoices which landlord sent you, hence you can not blame hilton & fox for this, you paid landlord directly for these bills. With regards to your deposit there is damage at the property hence landlord is claiming for works, if you would of got works done, then i am sure full deposit would of been refunded to you. Hence this review is directly at landlord and not hilton & fox.

GoogleThey are a BUSINESS nothing more, nothing less. This means £££$$€€ is their only priority. Do not discuss issues or concerns regarding landlords because their ONLY priority is to receive THEIR PAYMENT. They will NOT SUPPORT you in any way.

GoogleWe instructed Hilton & Fox during a very difficult time for our family following the loss of my mother-in-law, trusting them to handle the sale of her home with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. After agreeing a sale around 7 months ago, we were repeatedly told for over 6 months that everything was “on track” and would complete “next week,” only for this to be continually delayed. We later discovered the buyer required planning permission, which caused further setbacks, something that should have been made clear much earlier. Communication was poor throughout, and we constantly had to chase for updates, adding unnecessary stress during an already emotional time. We were then promised a new buyer who could complete within 4 weeks. Despite receiving a higher offer elsewhere, we accepted this based on the assurance of a quick turnaround. Seven weeks later, there was still no exchange. We were given incorrect information (including being told a deposit had been paid when it hadn’t) and unrealistic timelines that had not been agreed by the buyer. It ultimately became clear we were being told what we wanted to hear rather than the truth. Communication then stopped altogether, and we did not even receive a courtesy call or email acknowledging the situation or offering an apology. We have since moved to another agent, who secured a buyer immediately. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Hilton & Fox. Transparency and reliability were seriously lacking, and it felt like securing a sale was prioritised over acting in our best interests
