GoogleWe have several letting properties with TP. Both Julie & Mev are very professional & most importantly they are always on the other end of phone. Much better than big letting agents which offer Proptech based apps with no ultimate responsibility. We are already fed up with those agents & moving more properties over to TP. Julie automatically does rent reviews for us & repair are always done with our approval only. There is no one better than Mev & Julie in Sale for letting & managing properties.

GoogleWe had a viewing booked yesterday and Lee was showing us the property. We have been viewing properties since a year now but never met any agent as friendly and warm like Lee. The way he gives the tour of the property and shares the information is truly commendable.

GoogleWe were very troubled about finding a place to rent. While we met with Mehvish Linna of Trading Place Sale through a friend, she is a very professional and empathetic agent. When she knew our situation was urgent and asked about our requirements. She was quickly searched for a source for us and took us to viewing the house immediately. I definitely recommend Trading Place Sale, and I am very grateful to Mehvish Linna for her help. She is really a nice, kindness, helpful and patient person. Get along with her just like a friend.

GoogleHaving been invited to leave a review by t places here goes I was given a postcode only no name,number etc and had to search up and down northenden road. Next day the admin astnt was excellent and booked a viewing the following day. Very pleased and offered on the property but queried several things as i have a property portfolio for over 18 years managed by t places stretford. This was questioned by fiona! Turns out property was let on a 12 month rental 2 weeks before so wasnt for sale at all. My solicitor spoke to the franchisee who promised that i would be informed of future sales that were genuinely for sale. Latterly i was informed t/places sale would never do business with me again Comments there wasnt any business it didnt exist. Disfunctional, unprofessional, left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Appalling service. Care and caution needed. Maggie

GoogleMehvish was very helpful in aiding me and my partner to secure our rental property. She was very polite and understanding of what we were looking for, offering excellent customer service. The communication was open, (previous agents had been slow with replies) she provided all the details we needed and within less than a week she confirmed we had passed the referencing and had been selected by the landlord. We are very pleased- highly recommend! ☺️

GoogleI just bought a house listed by trading place. People are nice. Lee did the best viewing. Fiona also referred us a good law firm. There were several rounds of negotiations during the course but they were generally helpful. Overall experience was satisfactory .

GoogleLove these guys - the whole team are super. Whilst mainly we dealt with Chad (who is great) if he was unavailable for any reason another member of the team was able to help. Highly recommend selling with these guys.
