GoogleGreat service from first meeting and valuation. Always got back to me when any concerns arose. Always dealt with the same person, not passed around to people who don't know the property. Would totally recommend sale staff.

GoogleMev was really great in helping us secure a rental property as we have pets. She has also been very responsive to all our emails, helping provide all the information we need.

GoogleThe staff at this company are very rude, unprofessional and not understanding at all. When our end of tenancy approached, the people at trading places, in particular JULIE, put everything in our way to delay the process. This has resulted in us having to pay for unnecessary things, and not have our deposit returned as of yet, which I find disgusting as they know we have a newborn baby!! Never mind the cost of living is through the roof at the minute too… They also arranged viewings for our house without telling us until an hour before, which is against the law, and also very wrong again, as I say, we have recently had a baby, and do not appreciate people coming in and out the house without proper notice! If we had a problem and called the office, we was greeted to very rude staff who clearly have 0 people skills and very unprofessional. I would just really avoid this company, unhelpful, never answer the phone or emails, disgusting way of treating people! We have never missed a payment, the house was immaculate when we left it (which JULIE also stated on the phone to us and we have picture evidence of). There is no reason for this company to behave the way they have, and even if there was an issue, there are many different ways to speak to tenants, and just show some professionalism!

GoogleJulie has always been responsive, proactive and getting any works required quickly also. As a relocation agent we work with a lot of agents and its always a pleasure working with Trading Placess

GoogleWe had the great pleasure of being very well looked after by Mehvish whilst renting a new property. Mehvish was extremely helpful and made us feel that we really mattered and that she really cared about the outcome for us. Too often estate agents are very impersonal and make you feel judged according to your circumstances. Thank you very much Mehvish.

GoogleIt has been a very good experience as we had not moved house for the past 25 years so we needed help and we definitely got it with trading places who did their upmost to sell our house and make sure we got the right price for it. Everything was very professional but also personalised to us and our needs. We thank trading places for making our dream a reality.

GoogleReviewing on behalf of my mum and dad. Fiona and her team were so efficient and professional throughout the process from putting their house up for Sale to handing over the keys at the finish. Fiona was very informative throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend trading places. A five star service.

GoogleSubmitted on behalf of Mark, Fiona and Paul. Our house sale could not have run smoother with their promise of taking away as much stress as possible completely adhered to. Compared to other estate agents in the area, I would not hesitate in recommending putting your trust in their very friendly, approachable and efficient team, especially with Fiona living in the Sale area with her local knowledge being a great benefit when helping prospective buyers consider the area!
