GoogleChad, Clare and the team at Hibbert Homes were great during my recent purchase. Great communication, helped build a good relationship with the vendor, happy to pass on all sorts of enquiries and on top of things when the bottom of our chain got a bit messy.

GoogleI rented with them for only 6 months, however they are the easiest, reliable and professional estate agents I have ever rented with. GoogleThe Altrincham property market can be a depressing place at times, as you keep increasing your budget and still don’t necessarily get what you want! But I can honestly say that Hibbert Homes made the experience of buying in the area as seamless and clear as it could be. The communication was open, honest and timely. Will from Hibbert Homes kept us bang up to date on progress, gave us good advice throughout and played an active role in getting our purchase over the line. GoogleI had an issue with my front door handle, it snapped off and I was not able to open the door from my living room side, I was, a littler panicked and worried. I called Hibbert Homes and spoke with Dianne from the maintenance department, Dianne immediately put me at ease, she requested I send her photos of the door and the handle, this I did, Dianne then said that she would get someone over asap to hopefully get it fixed, within on hour there was a maintenance man here who had the issue sorted and a new handle fitted in no time. The customer service and repair was fantastic, I can’t thank them enough.

GoogleAvoid Julie! It's hard to find the words to describe how unprofessional and unhelpful the agency and especially Julie had been during our tenancy but the peak was when we left the property that we got this very firm email about the things we had to do and how annoying it'll be for them if we don't. We did everything way before the end of the tenancy but on her end she never did the slightest which had as a result to be charged money for things we didn't use. Her laziness and the lies she throws are shocking. I feel bad for our landlord that was a lovely man and always treated us respectfully.

GoogleI cannot fault the amount of effort Marie put in to the sale of our house. She was always chasing and keeping us up to date. Even when Marie went on holiday, her colleague Fiona picked up where she left off, and both were responsive when we contacted them. On reflection Lee’s valuation wasn’t realistic for our house and trying to sell in winter months, which is my only criticism.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleFrom the initial valuation with Bev to the viewing team (can only remember Maria's name) and then to Fiona on the Sale side of things, we have been offered a very professional and exemplary service. Fiona has been particularly helpful in taking us through the process and has made herself available to answer any questions and let us know of any developments promptly. Big thankyou to Fiona and the wider team for taking the stress out of the process and for all their advice on the way. It makes things a lot easier when all members of a team are so helpful and approachable expecially since I was heavily pregnant when we decided to do this. It was also much appreciated to always recieve to a friendly reception when we rang by whoever answered the phone and no matter what time of day, even when it was pushing closing time. I would definitely recommend trading places if you want a feeling of a "family run" service when you need to approach them but negotiations are done in a professional, business like manner that is needed to ensure both side of the transaction are happy.
