GoogleDealt with a few estate agents on the way to buying our first house and we did it through Hawkesford. They were friendly, approachable and they were fantastic in their communication skills (emails, phonecalls and in person). They went the extra mile for us and that's why we're happy homeowners.

GoogleAwful service, awful professionals. The team is lazy, they never replies to emails and barely to phone calls, they don't care about your stay. They just pay attention to you if you are late in your payment.

We cannot speak highly enough of Hawkesford and in particular Rory who persevered over 7 months to secure a completion date and liaise with our vendors. He kept in contact, was dependable and reported back in a diligent manor.

Our Estate Agent, Michelle, was so communicative, very swift to act on recommendations or problems with the property we made, and was a delight to know during our time with Hawkesford. Michelle was brilliant at acting on problems from our end, and getting in touch when builders/repair guys were available to fix up the property. It has been a delight to work with Michelle and the Hawkesford team. Highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have been renting through Hawkesford for over a year now and are very happy with the service they provide. The fees they charge for referencing etc. are very reasonable and the contractors they use to look after the property are very good. Whenever we have a problem, they are quick to get it resolved and we're almost always happy with the result. I'd recommend them to any one that was looking to rent in this area.

GoogleVery pleased with the service. Michelle is very on the ball, she found us some lovely tenants, answers queries very promptly and deals with any repair issues very quickly. Nothing is too much trouble and I would definitely use Hawkesford in the future.

GoogleHave been with Hawkesford for a year, their property manager is really good. Solved all of our problems asap and was very communicative. Our washing machine and dish washer both broke in the first week and we had new ones within a couple of days or so.

GoogleHawkesford have been managing my property for a long time now and I am very happpy with the service they offer. All of the tenants have been good. Occasionally I need assistance to have minor repairs done. These are usually done promptly.

GoogleAbsolutely rubbish, phoned to view a rental property, they said somebody would ring me back as they were in a meeting - no return call so rang back again. Made an appointment to view the property and Michelle who they told me would show me the property never showed up. When I rang whilst I was waiting outside the property they said they couldn't find my details! If I was renting out a property I WOULD NOT USE this company, as they are incompetent.
