They always answered the phone whenever I needed assistance, which gave me real peace of mind, truly 24/7. I’d 100% recommend them.

GoogleHighly recommend! Run by lovely people who genuinely care for their clients, always going above and beyond to ensure all customers are comfortable and happy. Their phone lines are open 24 hours, 7 days a week which is outstanding service, they have assisted myself late into the night and are nothing but reassuring. Perfect estate agents for student housing and are incredibly trustworthy!

They went above and beyond to help with a house rental initially and we had to deal with some other matters out of hours which shows there dedication to the business I highly recommend this estate agent for future student rentals from either Landlords and Tenants as the service you receive is outstanding

GoogleI've been a landlord for a number of years and have used Hampton Heath, specifically Ash, to let several of my properties, and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. What sets Ash and the team apart is the complete, end-to-end management of everything. From marketing and viewings, to tenant referencing, contracts, check-ins, maintenance coordination, and renewals, absolutely everything is handled without me needing to chase or follow up. As someone who lives abroad, this level of proactive service is not just a convenience, it's essential. Ashwin anticipates issues before they arise, keeps me updated without me ever having to ask, and makes decisions with exactly the right level of judgment so I never feel out of the loop despite the distance. I've tried other agents in the past and the difference is night and day. With Hampton Heath, I genuinely have full confidence that my properties are in safe hands. The communication is excellent, the advice is always honest and realistic, and the results speak for themselves, tenants sourced quickly, voids minimised, and everything run professionally from start to finish. GoogleI regularly visit the centre and would highly recommend the facilities. Samia and Freddie are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The spaces are clean, modern, and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and professional environment every time I’m there.

GoogleAwesome staff - genuinely always so prompt in answering to us, and caring for their properties. Always met with beautiful manners, and never left in the dark. After having so many issues with a company last year, and having such a bad impression on renting student homes - this company has turned my feelings around - offering me a brilliant insight to the student market and how it can be smooth sailing if you're with the right people.
