GoogleIf you want the best, look no further than Go View. Michael and his sales team found a suitable buyer within two weeks and they kept us informed of the viewings at every stage. ( the property was empty). The sale proved to be very challenging for various legal reasons, but Micheal and Helyn were more than a match for it. They offered well considered advice and found solutions to every problem. They kept on top of the sale throughout the process, communicating and liaising with both solicitors as well as the buyers and myself, sometimes on a daily basis. Helyn was always just text away and both she and Michael always made me feel that I was a valued customers. This is customer service and practical help at a whole new level of excellence. GoogleGreat Experience with GoView, Highly Recommend I’ve had a very positive experience with GoView as an agency. They are professional, well-organised, and quick to respond to any queries. Throughout my property search, they kept me regularly updated with new listings that matched my criteria, which made the process much more efficient and less stressful. A special mention goes to the lettings agent Marta, who has been truly exceptional. She is not only hardworking and professional, but also incredibly prompt in everything she does. GoogleBeware of trusting GoView as an Estate agent. Extremely disappointing and potentially unethical experience with Goview. We approached Goview in May regarding a rental property in Ealing and clearly stated we had a small dog. They confirmed with the landlord that pets were acceptable before arranging a viewing. We viewed the property on Saturday and expressed immediate interest. We were advised by Tania to increase our offer to stay competitive, which we did, offering twice the minimum contract length plus a monthly pet fee. Over the following days, we were repeatedly asked to raise our offer further, which we did again, offering three times the minimum term, a pet fee, and £50 above the asking price. On Thursday, we were told our offer was the best. However, the property was then marked as 'Let Agreed' with no further communication. When we chased them, we were told (inconsistently) that the landlord was still "checking about the pet." The following Monday, we were told the landlord ultimately rejected pets. This entire process wasted our time, emotionally misled us, and pushed us into competing offers under false premises. The agents showed no remorse or responsibility. We believe this was an attempt to artificially inflate offers with no proper vetting or clear communication. Highly disappointed and would not recommend Goview to any prospective tenants.

We welcome all feedback, but it’s important that the feedback being received is accurate to the situation in question. Also, the further naming of a team member in a negative and false way is difficult to comprehend in light of the full details of the situation. We wish to make it clear that when you attended the viewing at the property it was yourselves that initiated the conversation over the one-off payment to secure the property. At no point did Tanya or anyone from Go View London propose such an offer. Tanya advised that it is entirely up to the landlord if he would accept the offer. Of course, if you are submitting this as part of your offer, we must respect your offer status and put this forward. We completely refute that you were repeatedly asked to raise your offer and the inconsistent dialogue you have claimed to have received. We received several offers, and during the course of discussions with the landlord, we were asked to hold off future viewing whilst a decision was being made. It is the landlord’s right and prerogative to select the offer they wish to proceed with. Further, and while we can’t go into specifics on this case, if the landlord is checking information or taking time to make a decision this is a) their prerogative given the high value asset they are handling with the added potential for matters to go wrong and b) we are reporting on the situation, as frustrating as it may be for parties with their own interests in mind, we can only act and communicate with on agreement from our client and with respect to all parties in the transaction. Given the multitude of interest of properties in London at the moment, it is not uncommon for there to be a best and final bidding process. Sometimes, this is the only way for landlords to decipher between multiple interest and it is the landlord’s prerogative to hold such a process. It is up to each applicant to offer their best and final proposal for what the property is worth to them to rent at that moment in time. We are very sorry on this occasion you were not able to secure the property you wanted. We always strive to support applicants to secure their next home and understand it can be very stressful when not successful in doing so. However, we don’t believe the way to then highlight your perceived injustice to then conduct a public criticism of an individual and company, when such criticism is not warranted nor an accurate recollection of events to our role as a conduit between our client, the landlord, and the pool of possible tenants for the property. As an independent agency, formed over 15 years ago, we pride ourselves through our great service levels and being fair and reasonable in all situations. The basis for your complaint as presented is false and if you have information you would like to share on the experience please email propertymanagement@goviewlondon.co.uk and a senior manager will look at the case and forward a copy of our company’s complaint’s procedure should you wish to take the matter forward.

GoogleI cannot thank Stephanie and her team enough at Goview for helping to make the process of selling my house in Ealing go so smoothly. They were constantly available, answered emails incredibly promptly and always returned my calls.Stephanie was often answering me on a Sunday - I don't think she ever really takes a day off! In short, they did a really really good job and restored my faith in estate agents. Helyn, who handled everything after the offer had been accepted, also deserves a special mention. I exchanged on a Friday, which is her day off, and there she was, answering every email right up until the point of exchange. She really went above and beyond the call of duty. Special mention too to James, who showed people round and kept in constant contact with me in terms of feedback etc. I really felt they were all on my side. I believe GoView belongs to Donald Collins, who wrote me a personal email once everything had gone through. I've met him a couple of times and he strikes me as a thoroughly decent person who wants the best outcome for his clients.
