GoogleWe've had a very positive experience with GoView managing the letting of our Ealing property. From Michael's initial appraisal, the entire process was handled very professionally and efficiently. The letting team, particularly Marta and Tanya, were excellent. They found suitable tenants quickly and managed the referencing and documentation process seamlessly, keeping us well-informed throughout. Joanna, on the property management side, was also fantastic. What really stood out was the team's proactive approach. They identified that our safety certificates needed renewing and managed all the necessary remedial works, and the pre-tenancy cleaning without any hassle. Communication was clear and prompt. In short, a comprehensive and professional service that handled everything, including the unexpected. We're glad we chose them and would definitely recommend their services.

GoogleWe are in the process of selling our house with Go View. In fact we bought the house 5 years ago and they were working for the sellers and as we liked their approach as a buyer so we decided to try them for our sale. We did not disappoint. The team were really impressive, Abhishek came for valuation and the price was spot on for the market and the condition of the house, James was a fantastic person who marketed the house very well and arranged many viewings swiftly. James is genuinely passionate about his job and put himself in the buyer and sellerβs shoes to find the best match. We had offers from great buyers within 2 weeks. Helyn and others in the office are fantastic too, keeping us informed on every step of the process which is yet to be completed. We cannot recommend them as an agent enough.

This was a very protracted deal that took several months to complete. During this process I was looked after brilliantly by Helyn Collins in the Acton office. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She always kept me informed about what was happening, and her positive attitude was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Google"Excellent experience with Go View Professionalism, customer services, communication and support were above our expectations. We bought our flat with Go View and sold our house through different estate agent all in one transaction. I would like to highly praise and recommend Helyn and Stephanie for being very efficient and helpful in buying our flat with them. Also, James who did the viewing and negotiated our offer. Helyn and Stephanie were always available on the phone and answered our emails promptly and kept us informed at each stage. Helyn went above and beyond her call of duty by chasing our buyer's solicitors and estate agent who kept us in the dark through delays, losing documents and wrong answers for seven months. Our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor for our house were laid back and unprofessional outfit. Helyn chased and put pressure on them daily to get a good outcome.
