GoogleI would just like to thank Oliver Mitchell for all he did for me regarding my recent purchase of Halford Place Mews, Church Road, Hanwell. Oliver was extremely courteous,and professional in everything he did and his patience and understanding helped me through a process that I was very unsure of. GoogleYesterday I got in touch with this agent to arrange a viewing in a property in Ealing, W5. viewing was with Rebecca McCarthy. I run into the rush hour Hanger Lane traffic and was delayed a few minutes, I attempted calling the offices to notify of the situation after several attempts to an number that was on VM. Finally I got through to them 10 minutes before I arrived for my 6pm appointment. I was caught up in at least 1 hour traffic to do this viewing. Rebecca McCarthy a supposed lettings negotiator has left the property without notifying me that she was leaving after I had contacted her office of my delay. I had wasted 1 hour in traffic to turn up to this viewing and the agent had just disappeared! zero effort by this agent and zero communication! a time waster at best and that property was empty, such a big effort from the agent and If I was the landlord of 8 Westbury Road, W5 I should look to instruct an agent that bothers at least and not one that disappears from viewings!
Unfortunately this is a complete fabrication of the actual events and is poor form from a viewer in attempting to try to damage the reputation of both our company and the career of a young negotiator doing her job efficiently and professionally. The viewing was booked in at 14:12 on 6th July for 18:00 on 7th July. The negotiator actually turned up 20 mins early to collect the keys from another agent who is co-marketing the property. With no sign of the applicant arriving from 18:00 the negotiator tried to call the applicant several times as it would appear there was no connection to the applicant’s phone so the negotiator left the property at 18.20 given there was an appointment at another property at 18.30 ( it is not fair to allow a back log of viewings to affect other appointments especially where there is no communication from the viewer). Furthermore, there is no record of any calls to the office, and the reviewer who we have identified from our records and spoke to has not been able to give any information in regards to time of the calls and to whom any of the supposed messages were left. We have also subsequently discovered that the said reviewer claims to be the manager of another estate agent which brings into question not just the validity of the reviewer from an impartial standing but also a complete lack of professional courtesy in keeping appointment times or at least informing us that he was running late for the appointment. In any case, we wish Alberto good luck with his property search which needless to say will not be continuing through our office and would like to reassure our current and future clients that our reputation enhanced over years of service and visible through the 100 + google reviews will continue on. GoogleWe moved in to our new house, and were told that we would have blinds fitted for when we moved in. This didn't happen and after moving in we were told that we would need to supply our own blinds. Not happy. Also the key broke in the front door lock and the estate agents would not cover the cost as they should. Cost us £250 and were never reimbursed!

GoogleThey were of great help when I was looking for a flat on a rush. At that time I had no experience with the UK system, but everything went fine thanks to them. The landlord was also the nicest person. Very professional, and very kind.

GoogleRebecca McCarthy from Go View London is really nice and helpful. We were really short of time and Rebecca was able to provide all the information about how to process further, which let to a quick signing of the contract and a quite quick moving in. She is super nice, she always tried to satisfy our requests, she answered to my rambling texts and emails very quickly even during the weekend! As we all know finding a place in London is literally a nightmare, we’ve been looking for the right place for like a month with any luck. Thank we met Rebecca who was really supportive and she finally gave us peace of mind (thanks a ton for that!). Also now that we already moved in she’s still available for every information/question we have! Other member of of the staff were involved and they were helpful as well.

GoogleI engaged go view to potentially rent or sell a one bed flat in Ealing town centre. I was soon passed to Michael Bolger. It is fair to say that we immediately had a good rapport as he immediately understood the sensitivities and, as with the rest of the transaction, he worked efficiently and tirelessly. Similarly, he gave good reasoned advice about marketing pricing and the sale of the property. His judgment on all of these was spot on surpassing my expectations. An offer was quickly received and accepted. For a multitude of reasons, the process of getting to exchange was arduous and suffered serious delays but he worked tirelessly and proactively to make it happen. But for Michael I do not think the sale would have consummated. I think it's important that excellent service is recognised. I will not hesitate to call on Michael again and will be recommending him to others. I have pretty high expectations from any service provider and it is very easy in property to become frustrated and irritated with the personalities and the process. He really distinguished himself from any other agent with whom I have worked. Bravo.

GoogleI sold my flat in Ealing with Go View London and the team there were excellent. All of the agents involved had really comprehensive knowledge of the local market and worked very hard to get a sale at the best price possible. I was actually astonished at what they achieved. Also, as I discovered when my mortgage provider started giving problems at the 11th hour that threatened to sink the deal, Go View are associated with Domus Finance. Domus managed to get me a new mortgage approved, at a better rate, in a week and saved the day. All this for a commission no more than you would pay most other places, and quite a lot less than for some of the bigger agencies. I can’t recommend Go View London highly enough.

GoogleAfter searching for nearly 3 years in West Hampstead where we live for a rental investment, we finally decided to start looking at other areas and were immediately drawn to the properties that Go View London were advertising in Ealing due to the quality of their online adverts and the “completeness” of the details of the properties they were selling.. We were quickly introduced to Paul after finding a new build property we liked in West Ealing and Im pleased to say we have completed on the purchase and already have a tenant in the property. Paul from Go View was very professional in his approach and guided us through the entire process, helping us to make the transaction as smooth and as quick as possible. Pauls knowledge of the local housing market is second to none and even managed to secure a tenant on a long term rental contract for us before we have even purchased the property. Go View are now currently managing the property for us after finding the tenant after a very successful purchase of the property I would highlight recommend this agent above and beyond some of the more well known high street estate agents for their personal service and local knowledge.

GoogleI bought my flat through Go View and they were a pleasure to work with throughout. Paul Harty is the agent I liaised with and he worked hard to answer my queries as quickly as possible. He was always pleasant and patient and kept me informed of any updates or important information. He was never pushy, unlike some other agents I have come across, and provided helpful guidance throughout the process. Unfortunately, some things post-sale have not been completed satisfactorily according to the agreed process but this is not the fault of Go View. Paul has still tried to help and see that these ongoing matters will be completed as agreed and his efforts are very much appreciated. I would recommend Go View and would use the agency again in future.

Starting with our first telephone call Rebecca was immediately able to grasp what I was looking for, and my requirements were for the flat. I wanted to see only the refurbished flats, and some other specific requirements conneced to location and avalability, and all three flats she has shown me were well chosen and exactly up to my requirements which saved me a lot of time and effort. As I have chosen the flat that I liked the most from all tree, Rebecca was able to provide very helpful information about how to process further, which led to sucessful and quick signing of the contract. Rebecca was very patient, informative and helpful in all requirements and questions I had during the signing of the contact. She gave me all necessary information about how to process further correctly as I was new to the flat search in London (I come from Vienna), She has always followed up the emails and messages, even on weekens, and even when I was travelling. The messages were answered within minutes and very helpful. I feel very lucky to meet such a helpful realtor which made my search for my new place in London such a pleasant and nice experience. The other members of the team of Go View who were involved in the process were very helpful as well, available for meeting and for any questions. They have always been incredibly professional, helpful, and very supportive too, through the whole process, which ended up going on for many months. GoogleThis is a highly rated agency. Prior to using Go View I had my property with two other agencies who were slow in getting viewings. Chris Sweeney and his team were extremely helpful and managed to let the property within a week of advertising it. The fees they charge landlord and tenant were significantly less than the other two agencies. Highly recommended and very professional.
