GoogleI was very impressed with GoView, with Michael - an easy-going and passinate agent, who helped me secured a brand new apartment just hundreds of metres from my office after showing me around a couple of properties and providing friendly suggestions. Still, he is providing continous help after I moved in. Nice job done!

He definitely knows the area, and taking all my requirements into considertation, he shortlisted the right properties therefore wasting no time in showing me the most suitable ones. GoogleI was stressed to find an alternative accommodation in my area after I received a notice from my current LL to leave the property, but GoView London have made a great job to support me. It cost me only one email to GoView London asking them for support. Mario, has phoned me back and offered me 2 accommodations in my area, and he was ready to show me the properties next day. Mario helped me to secure one of the properties, which is just 50 metres away from my current address, within 3 working days. He also helped me to secure 2 years fixed term contract. GoogleRebecca McCarthy from GoView London Ealing was very helpful in finding a perfect flat in London for me, and made the whole process a very pleasant experience with no problems whatsoever. Starting with our first telephone call Rebecca was immediately able to grasp what I was looking for, and my requirements were for the flat. I wanted to see only the refurbished flats, and some other specific requirements conneced to location and avalability, and all three flats she has shown me were well chosen and exactly up to my requirements which saved me a lot of time and effort. As I have chosen the flat that I liked the most from all tree, Rebecca was able to provide very helpful information about how to process further, which led to sucessful and quick signing of the contract. Rebecca was very patient, informative and helpful in all requirements and questions I had during the signing of the contact. She gave me all necessary information about how to process further correctly as I was new to the flat search in London (I come from Vienna), She has always followed up the emails and messages, even on weekens, and even when I was travelling. The messages were answered within minutes and very helpful. I feel very lucky to meet such a helpful realtor which made my search for my new place in London such a pleasant and nice experience. The other members of the team of Go View who were involved in the process were very helpful as well, available for meeting and for any questions. As a property developer, I work with numerous agents in London and Go View managed to secure a property for us, where several other agents failed too. GoogleAfter searching for nearly 3 years in West Hampstead where we live for a rental investment, we finally decided to start looking at other areas and were immediately drawn to the properties that Go View London were advertising in Ealing due to the quality of their online adverts and the “completeness” of the details of the properties they were selling.. We were quickly introduced to Paul after finding a new build property we liked in West Ealing and Im pleased to say we have completed on the purchase and already have a tenant in the property. Paul from Go View was very professional in his approach and guided us through the entire process, helping us to make the transaction as smooth and as quick as possible. Pauls knowledge of the local housing market is second to none and even managed to secure a tenant on a long term rental contract for us before we have even purchased the property. Go View are now currently managing the property for us after finding the tenant after a very successful purchase of the property I would highlight recommend this agent above and beyond some of the more well known high street estate agents for their personal service and local knowledge.

GoogleBefore Go View I had a management firm that were awful, poor communications, poor commitment, really stressed me out in a very bad way. I'd worry about my flat, about the trust I had in the tenants they had found me and in their ability to fix problems. Since working with Donald and his team I've been absolutely delighted with the service. Donald Collins is straight-forward, no-nonsense and extremely happy to help and he was instrumental in me making the move through supporting me and giving me advice about dealing with problems with my flat. Jack Buchanan has been looking after my account and he's been excellent; in constant communication with me, protecting/removing me from being involved in too many things surrounding the flat, dealing with the tenant, and with builders, electricity and gas firms etc. He's given me a great piece of mind. Last but not least, Rebecca McCarthy has been a key figure in finding/negotiating/handling the paper work of my latest tenant. Constant communication (so much so that I was becoming the blocker in responding and making decisions rather than perhaps the traditional idea of me having to wait on the company) a straightforward no-nonsense attitude in finding the right tenant and giving all the right details I needed to make a decision. A big thanks to Rebecca, Jack and Donald. A great company to work with.

GoogleI came to London from Bristol with one purpose - to buy a flat. I gave myself one week to accomplish this task and succeeded thanks solely to Paul Harty at Go View London. Having trawled all the agents on the first day and viewed many, many apartments, Paul was the only one who recognised I was a person with a mission and listened! So much so that he managed to pull a fabulous apartment from his many contacts out of nowhere...truly impressed. And, not only that, he makes a great chauffeur! Nothing was too much trouble. Paul, thank you. Having had my offer accepted, the service continues to be second to none. Should you be selling or looking to buy, I cannot recommend Go View London highly enough. Just go to their office and feel the vibe...a great group of people who genuinely love what they do. And are good at it to boot!

GoogleI bought my flat through Go View and they were a pleasure to work with throughout. Paul Harty is the agent I liaised with and he worked hard to answer my queries as quickly as possible. He was always pleasant and patient and kept me informed of any updates or important information. He was never pushy, unlike some other agents I have come across, and provided helpful guidance throughout the process. Unfortunately, some things post-sale have not been completed satisfactorily according to the agreed process but this is not the fault of Go View. Paul has still tried to help and see that these ongoing matters will be completed as agreed and his efforts are very much appreciated. I would recommend Go View and would use the agency again in future.

Having seen a property on the website, I viewed with Michael Bolger who helped me both in agreeing the purchase & then valuing and bringing my own property to the market and getting me an excellent price allowing me to purchase my new family home. I was keep informed on the chain throughout and very grateful for the service from the office as a whole and delighted to finally get the keys to our new home. GoogleI had the pleasure of being shown around Ealing from a gentleman called Mario Papov. He was intellectual in the rental market and guided me to secure and rent a lovely 2 bedroom in Ealing Common. Props to Mario and your team. Will be coming back to Go View London for my next move.
