GoogleI found Helyn, James, Abishek and the team very helpful. They ensured I moved in to my flat before Christmas and I also got a Christmas humper, which was a really nice touch :)

TrustpilotWe appointed Go View a couple of years…
We appointed Go View a couple of years ago to manage our block. Our experience with them has been mostly rather negative. Whilst their ability to co-ordinate maintenance and repairs is adequate, they have fallen down on a number of issues. They can't manage the block's accounts (they make numerous errors, don't understand basic bookkeeping resulting in the RTM directors taking over the accounting). They don't chase service charges. They don't understand building legislation and have been unable to advise us on key aspects of applicable legislation, and they are arrogant and rude. They say they work a lot on our block, but that is generally because of their own incompetence and poor decision making. It's been really woeful.

GoogleI had a very good experience working with Heylin and the team at GoView. I sold my house with them, and the whole process went very smoothly. They were always present, very involved, and made sure everything was progressing properly at every stage. Their professionalism and availability really made a difference. Thank you and to GoView team for the great support. A bientôt ! Sylvaine

GoogleGo View was great in helping me to sell my flat so thanks in particular to Donald, Michael and Helyn! Helyn was excellent in managing the overly lengthy sales process but did so in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner. I recommend Go View's sales team to anyone who wants to sell their property.

GoogleWe have a property that is rented, and Go View has been exceptional in providing us with advice on market value and our go to person was Jesal who is very responsive, professional, and puts the landlord's and our priorities first. We increased our rental income by over 20% and Jesal, the lettings valuer, provides first class honest service. I recommend 100%!
