I am editing my initially positive review, having finished my tenancy. If only the agency put into ensuring a smooth end of tenancy and prompt return of deposit the quarter of the effort they deploy into getting a tenant in (and that part was very smooth and well handled), they would have kept their five stars. But well, by that point they've already been paid, haven't they.

My husband and I worked with Morne and we couldn’t be more delighted with our experience! In preparation for our move to London we visited with the intent of letting a flat. We met with Morne on the first day, liked what we saw A LOT but still proceeded to meet with other agents to ensure fair consideration of all of our options. On day two we were starting to feel a bit discouraged in between appointments, when all of the sudden Morne drove around a corner in Ealing Broadway, with his window rolled down, excitably telling us to check our email as he drove past like a letting agent lightening bolt. We checked our email, called him, cancelled our next appointments and found our place within the hour! It was PERFECT, we could hardly believe the quality of the flat compared to what we were shown by other companies! As if the deal couldn’t get any sweeter, Morne also went the extra mile in driving us all over the place to help us understand the neighborhood, public transit routes, nearby grocers, pharmacies, and coffee houses. To ensure we’d have a shot at getting the owners attention, he explained Goview’s internal process and helped us submit an offer with competitive terms. Unsurprisingly, he also advocated for us to the owner and made us feel very comfortable throughout the post-application waiting process. When it was over, Morne walked down to the neighboring pub, where we waited for an update, to deliver the good news that our offer was accepted in person! Pardon the rambling but the rental market in London is NO joke, it’s competitive, fast, and for us it was down right frustrating. It was hard to know who to trust because there were so many other companies that had us feeling a bit dejected about our options. But in the end, we were so pleased to end up in goview’s hands! They wasted no time in thoughtfully catering to our needs and of course, Morne expertly match us with a stunning flat! Don’t hesitate to call them if you’re in the market!🥂

Very pleasant people and company. Service is excellent. When we were looking for a property to rent everything went smooth, Michael agreed to show the property several times as we were not sure and choosing between a couple of variants. Preparing documents went smooth and fast. After some time when we have moved there was an accident, flexible pipe for hot water on kitchen went off causing water leakage. After I've informed agency, they've organised a plumber visit to fix the issue. Service was fast and accurate. Michael and Adam thank you for your quick reaction.

When I first moved to London, I was looking forward to a tough experience in finding an accommodation for long term. Luckily, I came across Go View London advertised accommodation. Morné at Go View was an absolute angel and found us our dream house with a budget we could afford! The process was super quick, we didn’t have to come in to sign documents everything was done online which was incredible as we don’t live near the office! He was always checking in with us to make sure we had all the info we needed and any changes he rang us straight away so we knew where we stood!
