GoogleThis was the second session l attended and - as the previous one - well worth the effort: informative (if concise) and the venue well selected. The relatively informal arrangements generated a lively Q and A session and a glass of wine was also very welcome. Looking forward to the next Landlord Lounge.

Helyn, the sales progressor, was superb, always completely on top of things, keeping the buyer moving and liaising efficiently with both solicitors to avoid delays. Her communication was clear and regular throughout, making the whole sale far smoother than it might otherwise have been. In property sales, that level of proactive follow-through makes all the difference
