GoogleWe recently worked with Ramona from GoView for our rental search and we were very pleased with our experience. Ramona was very responsive and offered to show us the flat multiple times and addressed all our questions and concerns very quickly. I'm very happy with our rental search with GoView and Ramona and would highly recommend :)

GoogleBefore Go View reply 'we have checked our records and can't find a customer with your name...', I will ask, why would somebody post using their real name? I had a brief tenancy with Go View, they were hopeless. Rented a property with Go View, it had a mouldy mattress, over bearing landlord, oven didn't work properly, the property was damp, and there were several other issues. In short, avoid this company like the plague and don't believe all the positive reviews. I've made numerous reviews on Google, I give positive feedback where deserved and negative feedback where deserved. Go View certainly deserve my negative feedback and I would urge everybody to avoid this company.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Respecting your preference to post under a unrelated profile name, all we can add is that we are not responsible for individual landlord behaviors and while we try and ensure we only work with competent and reasonable landlords clearly our role is to broker the overall transaction. GoogleAfter 15 months of shared house experience we were able to find nice 1 bedroom flat thanks to Ramona. She is trusted and honest person. Its not easy to find such a nice agent in London. I highly recommend Go View and Ramona. Very professional agency.

GoogleJust bought a property with GO view. We are very happy with the service Louis has give us. He was really helpful, friendly and reply email and phone promptly. We are currently not living in London, occasionally, travel to London its difficult for us. He helps us to check the repair work done by the seller through a video call. Thanks a lot. We would heighly recommend this agency.

Ramona did a great job showing us the property around and keeping in touch for any questions as well as checking in with us that the move went smoothly. GoogleGreat client service, professional throughout The GoView team were attentive and helpful throughout the process. Their selling style was laid-back, transparent, and respectful, especially when compared to some other estate agents in the Ealing area that tended to use a more aggressive and demanding approach. Once the offer had been accepted the closing team did a great job of ushering the process along and, with minimal fuss, solved several issues that could have been deal breakers. Would definitely recommend!!

GoogleI have to say Michael and Helyn really changed my perception about estate agents. I felt the whole way through they had our back and it didn't feel like they were there just for the vendor. They were both fantastic at keeping us in the loop throughout. Towards the end of the transaction the vendors solicitor was not particularly forth coming and slowed down the sale however Helyn did every she could to help us meet a deadline for exchange and completion knowing we had to move out of our rented property by liaising with both our solicitor and the vendors daily. I was really impressed at her resilience and she made us feel like she really cared. All in all very happy and wouldn't think twice about selling through Go View in the next few years! Thanks Michael for securing the sale for us. We absolutely love it here!

GoogleBooked a view, received a confirmation email, no agent showed up. Called the agency to report the issue and first been told there was no confirmation of that appointment, then once I replied that I did have the confirmation they said someone was there at the time we agreed, which is completely false as I was there 15mins earlier. Also the property they were advertising for was not furnished and there was no mention of it anywhere on the announcement. Emailed Sophie asking for explanation and received no answer. There is plenty of reliable agencies in Ealing, this is not one of themNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleJesal was very quick and helpful when providing with property details. We managed to hear about it prior to it being officially posted on property lettings websites, scheduled a quick viewing. The process of making offer and getting the property was very thorough, everything was explained step by step. Our questions were answered quickly when asked and we were happy and satisfied with all the answers and services.

GoogleI was looking for 1 bedroom flat to rent for myself for at least a month. It was so frustrating to go around for viewings with agents that were showing me properties out of my budget or out of my favourite location. To be honest Ramona has been professional and attentive since day one. She helped me to find a lovely flat within my budget and mostly important in the right location. GoogleAgent did not show up to the appointment and I was waiting outside the house in the freezing cold for an hour. Agent name was SANDRA and of course they don't keep your name on the system when it doesn't suit them.
