GoogleGoView were amazing throughout the whole sales process. There were truly professional but at the same time very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They provided a great customer service from the start all the way to completion. I particularly was very impressed with the teams drive, perseverance and help throughout the whole process. They always responded quickly to all my calls and emails which was particularly appreciated. I highly recommend using GoView. However I would specifically highly recommend working with Stephanie, Helyn and Paul who were all amazing and went beyond what was expected. Thank you!

GoogleI was really pleased with the service I received from Michael, James, Helyn & Joanna at GoView Ealing. They proactively managed the sale of my flat and kept me updated every step of the way. They are what a good estate agent should be!

GoogleNot consider my application because one of the members of my family taking from student finance maintenance loan . They will not consider because is not pass the reference. She receive from government to pay rent and expenses. I don’t see any reason to be refused. All letting estates taking consider maintenance loan as income and this letting estate no . Very disappointing and no explained the reason .

GoogleI was in an insecure situation when I found a flat through RightMove and Martha, one of the agents of this agency, called me for a viewing. She arranged a viewing for me a couple hours later and advised me about the previous contract. She is professional, friendly, kind and helpful.

GoogleI have been communicating with Marta at Go View London over the last 3 months whilst in search for a rental property. Despite the fact that Go View London did not end up being the agents for the property I eventually ended up renting, I wish to thank Marta for her wonderful service and professional communication throughout the time. She was an absolute delight. 😊

GoogleMr Paul Harty and his team were very helpful throughout the entire purchase process, especially since we are new to home-buying. Moreover, Paul was also efficient in helping to follow up with the maintenance work of the property and keep matters on track in a professional way. Revised on Jul: During the initial months, Paul and his team handled the snagging item efficiently. However, I received no response regarding the remaining items despite attempting to reach them via phone and email. If you are considering purchasing a new home from them, please ensure that all necessary fixes are completed before making any payment.

Alex, we are really sorry to hear of this and the negative impact. Once the purchase is complete, the estate agent's work is normally complete as this is the end of the legal transaction. At this point there may be a freeholder involved and you manage works within the building. Sometimes as with anything in life, there can be some teething trouble, but hopefully everything works out for the best long term. Clearly we hope your review can reflect matters inside our control, but of course it is your prerogative to review as you see fit. From our part, we have enjoyed working with you and appreciated your goodwill and understanding throughout. We hope you have many years of happiness in your new home. Many Thanks.
