GoogleBuying through GoView was in the whole pretty good. Helyn was proactive in providing a link between our side and the vendors solicitors and without her providing that function things could have gone wrong just relying on solicitors communications. Some delays from goview like getting the keys on completion day and being told that our offer was accepted was about a day after the fact. Would definitely use again though.

GoogleIt's our first time to buy a property. James and his colleagues provided exceptional service to us in our search for our dream home. As we viewed more and more properties, we have got clearer picture what kind of home we are looking for, he had been patient to our ever-changing requirements. The number of properties listed on Go View was also good, we had a lot of properties to view, each with different characteristics. Each time we view a new property coming from James' recommendation, it gets better and better each time. It was a friendly and wonderful experience to use their professional service. 100% recommended!

GoogleJames was really helpful and very responsive. He was there whenever we needed and really patient & detailed when explaining the situation. James was very knowledgeable but also very genuine, we felt like we were speaking to a person who understood our situation as first time buyers and did not come across as sales-y at all. We knew we could trust James and the whole Go View team, who were all super helpful in supporting us, answering our questions and helping us secure an offer on an amazing home in double quick time.

GoogleBooked a viewing only for them to call me and tell me that they lost the keys for the apartment I wanted to view. It was quite a waste of time as I booked other viewings here and now have to come all the way back to Acton just to see this apartment

The agent Paul was never pushy and always offered good advice and was always available to take my calls and Helyn was very patient and prompt, dealing with our many questions and concerns. Thank you too to Stephanie who advised us about schools in the area. The local knowledge was a big bonus.

GoogleGo View did a brilliant job of selling a ground floor leasehold maisonette in Ealing for me. Michael is a property professional, sales expert, and has been instrumental in making Goview the best sales agent in the area. He invests in providing value even before you commit to giving them your business. Once I committed, James Furniss-Rowe did a great job and got me an offer in good time. However, there were challenges due to a slow chain, which caused issues and friction. I asked Michael to get involved again, and he used his skills and experience to successfully complete the sale. Helyn Collins also went above and beyond in progressing the sale, which is not an easy task with multiple properties in the chain. If you have watched Pulp Fiction then you know "The Wolf", well Michael is the "Wolf of Ealing" (without the criminality). You need Michael, James, and Helyn, along with their talent and experience, to get the job done! Go Goview!"

GoogleBooked a viewing and address provided was not leading me to the property. Contacted the agency several time to get support. No answer to any email or call done and no call from them despite being already late for the viewing. I commute 1h to see the property to then leave without seeing it. I emailed the person that booked this for me to inform about the situation, as she was off I did not expect any answer on that day but perhaps a follow up email with an apologies for the lack of support and the waste of time. After almost 20 days I received an email asking if I was still looking for a property. Honestly if I was I would not use your letting agency. Very poor customer service and careless agents.

GoogleWe've recently bough a property using GoView, from the start the estate agent was honest with us regarding the price the property can achieve. Even when we found unexpected issues, Helyn was always on the case and together we've managed to solve them. One of the best agency, if not the best that we've ever had to work it.
