When we bought our house on the Monteney park we were so excited about it we bought a lot of extras including kardean flooring and was told we had 2 years warranty apparently that was a lie as my floor has lifted and cracked and because it was over a year gleesons won't help how's that good service and the outside we were told they would be trees and a pleasant outlook and it's a mess so very unhappy with Gleesons

Purchased my first home from Gleeson in St Helens a couple of years back. The sales team made everything crystal clear and were always on hand for any questions. The quality of the house was fantastic and I was impressed working in the new build construction sector myself as a tradesman. Any issues were picked up quick and dealt with efficiently. Unfortunately I had to sell due to an expanding family and the need to be closer to family for childcare support which resulted in me now being in a second hand 1950’s build purely for location. The difference in finish, energy efficiency (cost of gas and electric) and facilities (one bathroom, no downstairs toilet, no en suit) is gutting and hard to adapt to! If gleeson appear in the area we need to be as a family il be sure to buy another! More recently I have been to visit one of their current developments, unfortunately after visiting it’s just slightly too far …despite it being a different location and staff to where I originally purchased, their care, attention and advice is to the same standard as when I met them as a first time buyer.

Gleeson homes, part exchange scheme, what a con, Firstly, the 2 estate agents gleeson sends out are told not to value our home at market value, this I know because one of the agents sent to value my home was a family member,Secondly, After not hearing from them for 3 weeks, I had to ask them why the delay, the lovely sales woman was too scared to ring me to tell me that they won't take our house in part ex as it's too old.. and is basically worthless. I own a 2 bed victorian stone semi, in beautiful condition and surroundings. Edge of a village, double garage etc, I've never heard so much rubbish in my life. It's all rubbish..Gleeson, change your 3rd party buyer, as they don't know the housing market, or is it a case of buy low and sell high,

We have had a quite a few issues since we moved in July 2022 at plot 56. Our cooker hood wasn't working properly. Eventually, we had to get someone not from Gleesons to fix it and straighten it out, because the customer care team were ignoring us. Also, we had issues with our front door, where we still had a gap underneath. Now, fair enough, Gleesons sorted that out. We are still having issues with sorting our timers for our central heating, but gleesons care team still haven't sent someone round to sort it.In all fairness, they are only getting 5 stars, is because of the sales team. There has been one lovely lady who has done so much for is and that is Deborah who works on the sales side. She has been so helpful and wonderful from the beginning

Since I can't leave a review. I want to say. Your house builds are completely rubbish. I paid 262k for my house. I have more cracks than the titanic! The grass is a water logged swamp. These house was just thrown up on the cheap! How you can charge the prices you do is beyond me!

Got a Gleeson homes in September from the Pastures site in Nottingham.It was extremely easy and they organised pretty much everything.As any new house it had its minor issues that so far have been fixed without issues. The site staff is polite and very helpful. When they come over, they take their shoes, always make sure that they can come in, kind to my pets.Mary the site assistant is just fantastic, nothing is to much for her. Always happy to help and with a smile. Very human and empathic.It's been a great experience

Sophie was our sales representative at Bushwood Gardens she is so lovely kind and extremely helpful she had so much patience with us, we were back and forth for months deciding which style house we preferred and what plot was best for us during these months of deliberation Sophie always made us feel welcome and never rushed. When we came to the completion day Sophie gave us lovely welcome gifts which were such a lovely gesture and again any questions after move in were always swiftly answered and guided us in the right direction of the answer we were looking for.
