GoogleWe had purchased our Hove house with Ed Foster and Rodger Heasman six years ago as the selling agents and so when it came to sell they were our natural choice as we had been so impressed. Their enthusiasm to sell (whatever the market), honesty, humour and diligence were just the same as we remembered.
This time we also had the fabulous Jessie Foster on board as our showing agent and we felt completely confident in her knowledge about the property and natural selling flare. Archie and team deliver transparent and simple letting experience and will resolve any issues or queries quickly and with the tenant and landlord in mind.

Jessie was amazing throughout my experience buying a Brighton flat through foster and co after renting with them.

Fosters were the second agent that my husband and I used and they were exactly what we needed. We dealt with Nick throughout our sale, who is down to earth, pro active, personable and had a very calming and positive presence during a time of stress and upheaval. We also appreciated dealing with Nick solely rather than being passed from agent to agent. Nick also came up with great selling strategies which ultimately gave the great end result.
There are endless estate agents in Brighton and Hove, a lot of which I have come in to contact with over the 12 years of living here but without a doubt Foster and Co would always be my first choice of agent!

Having just completed on the purchase I can say without hesitation that Nick and his team are a cut above.
Throughout the process Nick was affable, available for us and also extremely diligent in pushing things forward with solicitors. There were some probate related delays but Nick kept everything calm and maintained confidence throughout. Someone always picked up the phone which seems like a small thing but isn't.
The sale of our last house was painful because the agent was inattentive, dismissive and disinterested. By contrast, Foster and co have gone a long way to restoring my faith in the profession.

GoogleWe recently bought our first ever house via Foster & Co. This was a 'wild card' home that we chose to view because we were already in the area and I'm so glad we did. Jessie looked after us during our viewings, she is very personable and nothing was too much trouble. She helped us imagine having a wine in the setting sun and she spent way more time than she needed to helping us plan where to put the TV. These are the things that sell properties - imagining living there. Both Jessie and, later in the process, Nick were excellent communicators and continued to go above and beyond with viewings and comms with the vendor. We were really happy.

GoogleDo not rent with them. We rented a flat small basement flat that had mold and damp the whole time, which was not at all addressed despite mulitple emails. And yet, they have taken nearly our whole deposit.
During our veiwing the estate agent pointed out that the flat needed new floors, but when it came to us moving out, apparently we had been the ones to damage the floors such that the whole flat needed new floors... convenient.
Shameful that landlords backed by estate agents like Foster & Co are still allowed to get away with ripping off tenants.
