GoogleWe have worked with various estate agents over the years and Foster & Co were such a breath of fresh air in comparison. We both sold and purchased through them and they made the whole process from start to finish as stress free as possible. Jessie is a delight and no request was ever too much, she responds to every message or call very quickly and her communication is incredible which we had not experienced elsewhere. This can make all the difference when you are in this process. Rodger and Nick are extremely professional and ensured the whole chain was moving in the right direction, and the advice given by the whole team was top notch. Thanks to all the team!

I absolutely love my new flat, it’s beautiful, perfect, and feels exactly like home. Every single issue or concern I had was dealt with quickly, thoroughly, and sorted so well, and they were always so understanding, patient, and kind no matter what. They made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property, you really couldn’t ask for a better or more caring estate agent’s . GoogleWe bought our home this summer, and Nick was fantastic throughout the entire process. Even though he was the seller’s agent rather than ours, he went above and beyond to help us at every stage. We had quite a long chain, which made things stressful, but Nick was proactive in chasing and coordinating with everyone involved to keep the deal moving forward. He also recommended solicitors to us, who turned out to be excellent and impressively fast. We couldn’t have asked for better support, highly recommend!

GoogleWe sold our family home through Foster & Co and found the whole team to be an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Ed carried out our valuation and gave us an honest and realistic assessment of the property, which helped us agree on an asking price we felt really comfortable with. Rodger then created the walkthrough video for the marketing, which looked fantastic, along with the professional photography. Jessie took care of the viewings and was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was personable, friendly and incredibly easy to deal with, and I always felt confident knowing the viewings were in good hands. Once the property had sold, Jessie continued to check in with us regularly while the legal work was progressing, keeping things moving and stepping in to help wherever needed. Having that continued communication and support made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. A huge thank you to the whole Foster & Co team for making the sale of our family home such a positive experience and, most importantly, for getting us moving! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleJosh was absolutely brilliant. We sold in a tough market but he helped us to find a buyer and was realistic about what we could expect. He advised us on our onward purchase, helping us to negotiate and deal with the developer (we brought a new build). Josh was honest and available throughout, and really proactive in pushing the whole process along. Would 100% recommend!

GoogleAlthough we did not sell through Foster and Co we purchased a property through them, it was a chain and towards completion the bottom of the chain got complicated. Nick at Fosters and Co was great, calm, professional and went the extra mile to ensure the chain held and we managed to buy our new home. I cannot stress enough here how great it is to use local estate agents, part of our chain was with a corporate and this is where information flow and getting access to the right people. At a local level estate agency they are invested in the transaction, know who the people are and supportive all the way. Thanks Nick
