GoogleFrom Moving In to Moving Out, everything was smooth and safe. Majid is great at what he does. The room we got was great and all the housemates were cool. Any maintenance issues were usually met quickly and we also got a bathroom remade economically. I would recommend Fairdeal Properties.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Fairdeal Property Services, led by Afzal, and I am pleased to say that their service was truly exceptional. They demonstrated an impressive understanding of all legal and council requirements, including licensing, from the moment I decided to rent out my property. Fairdeal's exceptional service distinguished them, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Afzal oversaw property inspections, coordinating skilled contractors to freshen my flat and ensure all necessary certificates and safety standards were met. They managed contractor access, obtained the specified furniture, and assisted with the licensing paperwork, relieving any unnecessary pressure on my end. Afzal's unwavering dedication was notable throughout the process, ensuring that the property was tenanted and all work was completed within the agreed timeframe. His communication approach, utilising WhatsApp for quick discussions and email for formal paperwork, was highly appreciated. In conclusion, Fairdeal Property Services has set an impressive standard in the letting agent industry. I highly recommend Fairdeal Property Services to anyone seeking a proficient, professional, and reliable letting agent to manage their rental property locally. Their commitment to excellence is truly commendable, and I eagerly anticipate our continued positive working relationship. Thank you for your exceptional service and support!
Thanks Peter, it’s been a great pleasure meeting your expectations. We will endeavour to continue our high quality service and provide the best possible experience.

GoogleOK, I think their vetting process, especially for guarantors are way too intrusive. Why did I give 5 stars then? Because everything from there on was pure bliss. Decent rent, highly responsive and super friendly. Never personally met my landlord or the agent, but I felt like I was dealing with people I've known all my life. I super highly recommend Fairdeal!

GoogleThe best estate agents I've experienced by far, the flat was great and any problems addressed immediately. The owner is very kind and reasonable and my deposit was returned within a few days of moving out.
