GoogleAs a healthcare professional moving to the Scottish Borders to support the local community, I expected a basic level of professionalism from Edwin Thompson. Instead, they completely wasted our family's time. We were asked to submit a detailed application form with sensitive personal details on 2nd September just to secure a property viewing. After taking our data, they went completely silent. I followed up via email on 9th September asking for an update, but received absolutely no response from Molly. It is entirely unprofessional to harvest personal data from busy professionals relocating to the area and then completely ignore them.

We had booked 2 viewings of the property to sell. ( 12.40p.m. and 1.00 p.m. the same day, the same time, the same city, the same person from agency to show - Amy, I have 2 writing conformation about the viewings)
First viewing - no one turn up.
Second - no one turn up.
When I phoned. I was told, in disrespectful way, that the second property is sold and the first they can show me later.
Non explanation, no apologies. Later on I got an email that property is sold and they can show me the other. Again, no apologies or explanation at all.
Wasted time and nerves.
Never was treated in this unprofessional way. I feel sorry for the seller of this flat.
Loosing client only because the agency is completely unprofessional.
