GoogleSecond time I've had dealings with this agent.. unprofessional is how I would describe them what are these agents here for so glad it's not my property they're trying to market..wanted to view a property to let lady said she didn't deal with lettings so took my details for the lady who did to get back to me surprise surprise nobody returned my call obviously don't want the business ...

GoogleVery poor Customer Service this afternoon! Young lady in the office gave the impression she just couldn't be bothered. Or maybe, she just needs training on how to deal with enquiries. Note to self: If I was going to sell a property in the future, don't bother contacting Edwin Thompson, I'd be far better doing it myself.

GoogleEmailed this agent on Tuesday through Rightmove to try and arrange a viewing. Phoned on Friday to see why they hadn’t been in touch and was told the person it had been sent to had “been in and out of the office all week and that it was under offer”. How very unprofessional, unacceptable and lazy. If it’s under offer advertise the fact.

GoogleHelpful enough at sending property alerts though they mostly seem to be on line anyway. Tried to get a survey quote. Managed to write my email address down incorrectly in spite of spelling it out.
