GoogleCompletely waste of time this company,,,, 3 weeks they had our information only to be told that they have now given the property to a friend dont waste people's time if this the underhanded way of doing business also communication is so poor 😡 and it's a constant struggle to get anyone to contact you back with an update just a very bad experience from start to finish could not recommend this office at Galashiels 👎

GoogleExtremely disappointing with the service form this agency.
We had booked 2 viewings of the property to sell. ( 12.40p.m. and 1.00 p.m. the same day, the same time, the same city, the same person from agency to show - Amy, I have 2 writing conformation about the viewings)
First viewing - no one turn up.
Second - no one turn up.
When I phoned. I was told, in disrespectful way, that the second property is sold and the first they can show me later.
Non explanation, no apologies. Later on I got an email that property is sold and they can show me the other. Again, no apologies or explanation at all.
Wasted time and nerves.
Never was treated in this unprofessional way. I feel sorry for the seller of this flat.
Loosing client only because the agency is completely unprofessional.

GoogleFantastic experience working with Amy Welsh and the Team at Edwin Thompson. Amy in particular was professional, knowledgeable and super efficient. The Team exceeded our expectations in regard to communications - also achieving a good sale price and excellent outcome for us as a Vendor. Much appreciated - Highly Recommend.

GooglePurchased a property being sold through E Thomson recently and more than happy with service provided. All issues with sale addressed immediately, great communication throughout and all provided in a friendly, professional manner. Great having one point of contact throughout(in our case Amy). Would certainly recommend.
