I cannot praise Rebecca enough for her determination to push the sale through as quickly as possible, in the face of useless solicitors/ conveyancers. Vivien, Liam, and Jessica have been supportive, personable, and communicative throughout the process of viewing, applying, and completing required documentation for the property. Other estate agents I have rented from have not had the integrity and honesty that Duncan Yeardley’s have, which has also been very encouraging during this time.

Google5 stars from me. DY is arguably the best Estate Agents we have worked with. They were the only ones that had brochures on the properties, which was a great touch. Our house viewing experience was excellent, Collete was super friendly and helpful. She made the viewing a true experience! Lastly, a huge thank you to our estate agent, Anastasia. She replies to our queries very quickly, is super helpful in understanding the process (we’re first time buyers) and overall lovely to speak to. She seemed to share our excitement when our offer was accepted! Big thank to the DY team - we look forward to reaching completion of the contract with you.
