GoogleJust wanted to say thank you to Lisa and Catherine who did an amazing job of helping my wife and I as first time buyers through our tense property purchase. I say tense, as at the top of our short chain we had someone buying a new build property, whose developers were awful not only to them by the sounds of things, but, also to everyone else in the chain. There were moments we feared the whole thing would collapse. Thankfully though, we made it through. Lisa and Catherine worked hard to keep things on track, kept us up-to-date and always responded to our emails quickly. If we were to ever sell up in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Dowen.

The team sold our house within a week, and have pulled out all the stops on a difficult (due to solicitors) journey to buying our new one!
Catherine was particularly helpful in the earlier stages, helping with speeding up the process. More recently, Lisa has been amazing in understanding our needs and helping us to secure our home when it sometimes felt like it would never happen!
We would not hesitate to use Dowen again in future, they are so friendly, helpful and kind. They make you feel like you are their only customer, responding quickly to calls and emails, and any strange requests from solicitors too.
