GoogleExcellent agents.Charlee Richards is that rare breed of estate agent who doesn’t do the ‘hard sell’ tactic where one is so bludgeoned by pointless information you just want to leave the property. She brought attention to details which I would not have noticed, yet remained in the background seemingly invisible, allowing me the time to get a real sense of the house but always on hand to answer any questions. A talent not many agents have and an imperative one; you need time and space to ‘feel’ the atmosphere of what could potentially be your new home, and I’m happy to say.. it now is! Thank you Charlee for your sensitive and very helpful approach throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

GoogleInitially we were unsure about selling and the timescale. We contacted Davies and Davies for a valuation but decided against it at that time. Helen kept in touch with us, was very discrete and understanding, never pushy but built a good rapport. When we eventually decided to sell I was in no doubt I wanted Helen to represent us, I had very specific requirements which she understood and managed well. During the sale the whole team were very professional, prompt and obviously communicated well with each other as whenever you contacted them there was a consistent dialogue and messages promptly followed up. Helen was very proactive in keeping us up to date with viewings and developments. Selling property is never easy but it was reassuring to feel the team at Davies and Davies was on the ball and I have no doubt in recommending them.

GoogleWe had excellent service from all members of the team at Davies and Davies at Bradford on Avon. All members of the team were very professional and polite at all times. We would particularly like to thank Helen, who was our main point of contact. Helen kept us informed of what was happening at all times. She worked tirelessly so that we could complete on our sale. This took a number of months due to a number of breakdowns in our chain. Thank you very much.
