GoogleVisited a development with Ella, and did not intend to view this particular property. However, she had the keys and thought it may be of interest. I was surprised how much it suited my needs. Well done to Ella - nothing was too much trouble and she was very personable. Returned for a second visit with Nick ( very helpful and knowledgeable) and ended up putting in a successful offer.

GoogleI have found Davies & Davies to be of particular help with the renting process of my property in Bradford on Avon. Any queries are dealt with promptly by Philomena and we have confidence in her dealings with our tenant. We're kept up to date with any problems, thankfully there have only been a few that required immediate assistance. Using the company has taken a burden off our shoulders being dealt with in very capable hands.
