GoogleI Have used Davies & Davies for many years now for letting my Trowbridge properties and for the sale of other properties. I have always found all the staff to be helpful, professional, trusting, pleasant and trustworthy.

GoogleExcellent customer service from Davies & Davies during the purchase of our new house, especially from our main contact Lucia who has been pro-active and on the case with everything that has come up during the process. This is especially important for someone like me who has not bought a house before and was a bit confused by some of the terminology, Lucia was able to guide us through, explain things perfectly and chase things up when needed. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleI have had a great experience working with Davies & Davies from our initial engagement in purchase of my property to the subsequent rental management. Their staff have been very helpful over the years and I would highly recommend their services to any landlords and prospective buyers.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic! First of all a specific mention must go to Jasmin Hateley, she was incredibly helpful and efficient - a real credit to the company! It is due to Jasmin that I regard Davies & Davies as one of the best estate agents I have used to date. As a company, they were happy to help me (and my partner), through a complicated tenancy process, ensuring that we had all the relevant information and were supported throughout, ultimately resulting in our acceptance and subsequent rental of a property. Top marks, many thanks and I will be recommending Davies & Davies to anyone I meet that needs their services!

GoogleAnthony Keane at Davies and Davies was incredibly professional and attentive during the process of selling my home. Anthony would call to provide regular updates, would always alert me to potential viewings and would then call to follow up on all viewings. Selling a house in tricky market conditions is not an easy thing to do but I most certainly felt supported and well assisted by Davies and Davies. I would highly recommend their Bradford-on-Avon office for a selling a house in the nearby area.
